Absolutely the most unfriendly place. It was our first time, I drove an hour to meet my daughter and grandson. It took a while, to be waited on before we were asked by a male salesperson, can he help us. We said it was our first time. He tried to explain different aspects and said you can walk around and see what we have.
We were told what they had visible was all they had, they need to order.
A woman, whom I believe is the owner, was very rude when I asked about the board and paint. She said she only has 2 small boards and one long one, and besides, she said that craft is done with, no one does it anymore !!!! She was very dismissing and was very bothered by us asking questions about her prices !!
We decided to leave, because of her poor customer service.

The studios concept seemed fun only most projects you are instructed to complete a process at home, or you'll have to return to pick up in two weeks. No big deal but pricey giving the fact you are limited to selections, colors etc. Worst of all imagine your best friend/ maid of honor and your family surprising you with a Bridal shower and the entire time staff was miserable as if they don't know their own boundaries because hosting large groups is not a strength they possess, they were grouchy, and the owner's tone of voice was discourteous. My family and I did all we could to make the best of our time here despite the air conditioning being turn off on us and denied access to a restroom during our three-hour BYOB booking.
PS> To the owner please do not come back at my review in response as you've done to others I've witness enough of your condescending and passive aggressive attitude. Maybe try to stay within your comfort area host small intimate 2-3 people sessions they seem to give you great reviews.

I’ve been to Busy Bee twice under the new ownership. Both of my experiences were very pleasurable. The owner and her staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable
and helpful which added to the enjoyment of the visits.
New products are being introduced....kind of like something for everybody.
I highly recommend you check it out. Definitely won’t be disappointed.

what a fabulous place, lots of tables and groups doing the pottery, tables already set up for our arrival. lovely cakes and coffees while we were all painting our pottery. the only problem came was when we had to pay as we weren't aware of how long this was going to take for 16 of us queueing and having hand written descriptions of each item written out which took forever and unfortuntely made us late for our lunch at a local hotel. otherwise it was a good morning and i'd do it again, great for bonding and getting to know everyone in our hen party

Brought our teen daughter and had so much fun!
There were kids and adults of all ages there.
We painted for almost 3 hours!
The staff was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to pick up our creations!

Busy Bees has a wide assortment of mediums to choose from. Great place to have a canvas painting outing as the prices our better and they do not rush you out like some other places. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I love busy bees! Such a great place to spend an afternoon with family and friends, over art. I definately recommend going with kids!

Multiple fun and interesting activities to do: paint your own pottery, glass fusing, mosaic building, canvas painting, clay sculpting. Use coupons from the Clipper Magazine! Nice activity for a rainy day.

A fun time with some pre-teen girls. Something different to do than the same old activities. Our out of state guests thought it was a highlight of their visit to PA. We painted ceramics and had the fired pieces back 3 days later. Much fun!!!

This is a great place to take the kids for an afternoon activity. There are several different options of things you can make and even those that are not crafty can come out with a nice piece. I highly recommend the fused glass if you aren't as artistic because once the glass melts, it becomes beautiful!
