Today, I booked a voucher through Groupon and followed the instructions to book myself in for Gauge Walking. The man that answered the phone was very rude claiming he was the 'owner' of the company and that he will not book me in. He advised me that I had to contact groupon for my money back.
He was very unprofessional - claiming as the owner he can 'do what he wants'.
I will be seeking a refund through Groupon advising them of the awful response I had from one of their advertisements. I hope they cease their relationship with him immediately.
I will not be attending an activity with this company and will NEVER recommend dealing with them to anybody.
Awful awful customer service.

Gorge walking with Go 4 It activities is one of those decisions you will not regret, awesome day out for a stag doo. Craig even helped arranging transport from Cardiff to the activity area. Great guides, great times, thanks so much and will be recommending you to all i know.

Thanks Craig, all the crew had a brilliant day out, wild wet and out of the comfort zone. Looking forward to having a go at the coasteering next time .

Great stag do activity, bin off the paint balling and go scrambling over rocks and jumping off waterfalls! Staff were funny friendly and helpful, all protective equipment was made available and we felt safe and in good hands the whole time. Cheers for the tour lads.

We went scrambling up waterfalls with go 4 it activities for a stag do, there was 20 of us and we had an awesome day out, didn't know what to expect at first due to wetsuits, cold water and hangovers not going together but everyone absolute loved it and wanted to go again. Lasted around four hours and would thoroughly recommend. Cheers craig and go 4 it activities.

I've Gorge walked 3 times now with Go 4 It Activities and each experience has been different.
I highly recommend attending one of their sessions, with a group of friends or as a team building exercise.

Cant speak highly enough of the activity and the 2 guys who took us. This was SUPERB fun and I`d highly recommend it. We felt very, very well looked after, book now..........I promise you you wont be disappointed :)

I recently went gorge walking with go for it adventures and had a fantastic day out. It was organised, we were given all the equipment we needed and the staff looked after us well. I would highly recommend it if you are the adventurous type looking for something exciting!

I've been with Go 4 It twice now in the past month, gorge walking two weeks ago and coasteering today - and it certainly won't be my last time, that much I'm sure of. Alex and Craig took the gorge walking session and then today was Alex and Lloyd - all three of them are personable, fun to be guided by and clearly up for having as much fun as can be had.
All the kit was provided, along with safety briefings and a run through of what was going to be achieved - I think the only thing they didn't warn us of was just how addictive leaping off 30ft cliffs can be!
I'd recommend buying the DVD of photos/videos at the end of the session as they're a great reminder of a great time had - I can't wait to see the video of my 30ft leap!
