That's great praise. Uncomplicated, my bike was too small, the next day a frame size bigger, great bikes, friendly and I came to road cycling.
It's really fun, so I buy a racing bike at home- Thank you Marcus!
We will gladly recommend and will definitely come back in 2025.

The reservation and collection of the bikes went extremely well.
When they were handed over, the bikes were in perfect condition and the very friendly rental staff gave good advice on how to adjust the bikes. Adjustments and service would have been possible at any time.
I would be happy to rent the bike there again for my next road bike holiday in Mallorca.

Mallorca is such an amazing place to ride, too bad i use Phillipps for my bike!
I honestly would not believe a company with this poor an attitude towards customers can stay in business, but I suppose if you have no service needs, you are happy to be riding on this wonderful island and would never know.
I rented an e-Mountain Bike, but it came with road tires and defective battery. The bike twice left me stranded and I had to push it out of the mountains and use a Taxi at my expense to get home.
They never answered the phone or returned my calls.
I had to use a taxi, again at my expense, to return the bike and all the management had to say was "you should have read the contract before you signed -- we take no responsibility".
That was it. Basically they took my $200 and laugh all the way to the bank.
There are many reputable and dependable rental companies on Mallorca and they need your support after 2 years of lock-down, so please look elsewhere for your bike!

I hired two bikes.
The bikes were lovely, let down by a few minor points:
0ne came with an 11-32 cassette rather than the 11-34 advertised on the website.
Inner tubes on tubeless wheels
One bike had alloy handlebars not carbon as on the other
The thru axles on one bike required a separate allen key to remove, good job we didn't have a puncture!
Delivery was on-time, which it should have been for €51, collection was a bit of a mess. I arranged a time for the hand over but then I was told to leave the bikes at the hotel. I would have liked some notification that they were collected.

Die Bestellung und Reservierung des Rennrads BH Aero G7 über die Homepage klappte hervorragend. Vor Ort in Alcúdia (Hotel Playa Esperanza) wurde das Rad individuell angepasst, es war technisch bestens in Schuss und sehr gepflegt.
Dem Radverleih ist ein Shop angeschlossen, in dem man das Wichtigste für das Abenteuer Radfahren noch einkaufen kann. Es werden auch E-Bikes und Mountainbikes vermietet. In der Rad-Hochsaison März bis Mai sollte man unbedingt im Voraus buchen.
Meine Touren gingen ins Tramontana Gebirge, hinunter nach Sa Calobra und wieder hinauf, nach Soller, zum Cap Formentor, nach Muro und Petra und über Arta zum Kloster Betlem.
Ich kann jedem Radsportler empfehlen, bei Phillip‘s Bike Team zu buchen. Für eine Woche bezahlte ich € 225,—, aber es war es wert.
