Wir sind zu der Ranch hin und wollten fragen wann er eine Tour anbietet und wie lange sie dauert. Er sagte nur wir sollen um 5 nochmal kommen vielleicht könnten wir dann einen Platz haben. Als ich dann gefragt habe was es denn kostet, ist er ausgeflippt und hat gesagt wir sollen verschwinden und wo anders hin gehen. Er sagte er will keine Leute die so viel quetschen die ganze Zeit. Als ich dann sagte „gut dann gehen wir wo anders hin“ hat er mir seine Mistgabel angedroht.

The guy was friendly enough, horses very well behaved and looked well cared for.
The ride was 90 minutes with spectacular views. Highly recommended, very laid back, no hats, wear what you like. I loved it!

Well recommend!
The Ranch is easy to find near to the beach. Best to wander down a day or two prior to when you would like to ride. Senior speaks little English so we used Google translate. He can then arrange a day and time for you to ride.
We paid €20 each which was great value. We took a leisurely slow paced ride taking us to a lovely high spot with a fabulous view and bar where we stopped for a drink. Meanwhile Senior paid good attention to his horses.
If you are open to no thrills but a good time with real Spanish character then you will enjoy it!

We were very satisfied with the experience. The owner of Rancho was very nice guy, was polite and speak with us kindly. In my opinion, horses are in good shape, the old man cares about them very good. I recommend a lot.

Die Tiere sind abgemagert und haben bei 35 Grad kein Wasser.
Nachdem ein Kind den Herren gefragt hat, ob er Wasser für die Tiere hat, ist dieser mit der Mistgabel auf das Kind los.

Despite the bad reviews, we still went there. Owner is nice to visitors in his own Spanish way. Horses are wellcared for. Went on a 90 minutes ride and had a drink break with a great view. Absolutely loved it!

Ich kann diese Ranch keinesfalls weiterempfehlen. Schon bei Ankunft viel uns auf das der sinil wirkende Pferde/Ponyhüter die Leute anschreibt. Als wir unsere beiden Runden fertig hatten war er am Schluss bei mir auch nur im Imperativ unterwega. merkwürdig dabei war sobald das Pony die Stimme von Ihm gehört hatte es versteinert stehen blieb. Nachdem sich das wieder in Bewegung setzte sagte Voldemord mir das ich ein "idiota" bin. Habe ihm.dann auf Spanisch gesagt daß er liebe Ponies besitzt. Und bin dann kopfschüttelnd und wirklich irritiert abgezogen. Ich gehe Mal davon aus daß er persönliche Probleme hat oder eine schwierige Zeit
Damals 2018 und 2019 war er nicht so. Geht lieber in Deutschland irgendwo zum Ponyhof!

We kregen een pony toegewezen en onze dochter mocht er op rijden. Het touw kreeg in mijn handen geduwd en de man gebaarde dat wij twee rondjes mochten maken. Na één ronde was meneer volledig omgeslagen. Het touw zou ik niet goed hebben vastgehouden en werd in het spaans uitgescholden voor van alles en nog wat. Het tweede rondje hebben we maar laten zitten.

Me and my girlfriend visited Sa Coma last month and our best day out was by far our trip to Ranch Sa Coma. For just €15 each you are on the horses for well over 2 hours going all through the local forest to the castle and then back along the sea front with an ice cream stop half way through. Very fun and enjoyable, recommend for all ages.

Paid 20 euro for a 1.5 hour ride around beautiful scenery and the girl who took us out was attentive and friendly. Horses are well looked after. The man who runs this has broken English but I can't speak any Spanish so didn't think he was rude, maybe a bit blunt but didn't spoil my experience at all and think it was fantastic value for money.
The girl we went out with checked if we wanted to go faster than walk and the four out could all ride so we had fun. Not as sure what someone nervous may feel like.
Adults didn't have to wear hats bit I still pit one on. Not sure how effective they would be if you fell off onto your head as they were nowhere near English standard but doubt you'd get that anywhere. The horses were really well behaved and didn't put a foot wrong

Is there an option for a nearly 4 yr old to have a short pony ride?

My son will be 7 when we go does he need to be lead by a reign or can he go on a pony/horse himself. Myself, daughter aged 14 and niece aged 14 will also be on the horses

It really depends on how you and he feel. Going by what I saw when I was there a couple of months ago, he'll likely be allowed to ride by himself - they have some small horses suitable for relatively young children - and I don't think there's a big difference between riding being led or by himself. The group walks (or occasionally trots) in line anyway and the horses know to follow each other.

Does anyone know if the ranch will be open at the end of October and also whether the riding is suitable for complete novices and children (age 5 and 11) thanks
