It's not big, but quite cozy. You can have free snacks and lunch there (the food was fabulous). If they didn't charge entrance fee we would have spent more time there

Das Wort Wasserpark passt hier nicht ganz. Es gibt zwei Rutschen und im Kleinkinder- Pool noch ein paar kleinere. Für einheimische sicherlich ein befriedigendes Schwimmbad. Wir waren Gäste im Hotel und fanden dort die Pools für Kinder super.

A great place to visit with younger children
We were all inclusive at one of the protur hotels so this was good value for money, especially as all inclusive continues here.
There are 6 smaller slides, 2 bigger ones, a whirl pool section and a swim up pool.
Tickets have to be purchased from the club house just across the road.

La reserva muy bien, pero la chica de la piscina muy maleducada ya que nos pedía el DNI para poder beber (cosa que me parece muy bien) y aún así nos dijo que no siendo mayores de edad. Nos faltó el respeto y nos insultó llamándonos “niñatos de mierda”, a un amigo le dijo que no le iba a atender más en todo el día que se sirviera solito. Nosotros le pedimos que nos respetase y aún así seguía alterando la voz. Cuando nosotros ya nos cansamos de que nos tratase así le alteramos un poco la voz y nos dijo que le tuviéramos respeto, cuando ella que es la que trabaja ahí no tuvo ni des del principio. Hablamos con el personal y habló con la mujer, por eso todo correcto.

Meine Familie und ich hatten sehr viel Spaß dort. Wenn man beim Schwimmen Hunger oder Durst bekommt kann man beim All you can eat Buffet etwas essen oder bei der Bar im Pool etwas trinken (beides ist inklusive).

We took kids aged 5 and 8 and traveled by bus from nearby.
There’s two larger tube slides - which are a couple of minutes to queue for and 4 slides for the young kids in the small pool. All connected by a larger lagoon pool with waterfalls and bubble pool. (And swim up bar)
MUST is buying a ticket from the clubhouse around the corner and there’s queues from when it opens at 10:30, so plan that in to your visit…as first people in will get the loungers that are in shaded areas.
Overall it’s decent value (€135 for 2 adults and 2 kids - non hotel residents) and the food / drinks weren’t bad at all for a mass catered venue. (Lots of ice creams and lollies for kids too.)
It was about 70% full, so fairly busy…but not rammed…imagine if it was at capacity it would be much less pleasant, but obviously difficult to predict.
It’s a fairly small site - but you can see that from Google Earth - so it’s a long way away from a typical “aqua park”…and certainly aimed at families with kids aged under 12, which meant that the people were fairly quiet / friendly etc etc.
We spent 5 1/2 hours there which was more than enough… wouldn’t go again but not because it was unpleasant, we had a really enjoyable day out.

We had a brilliant day in La Reserva. We were not hotel guests so we called to the club house the day before to get tickets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We arrived the following morning just before 10.30, plenty of parking, queue to get into the park, but there was plenty of space for everyone.
We were a family of 5, (kids aged 11,8 and 5). Everyone had a fantastic day! The two big slides were such fun, all of us spent most of the day on these. The queues were not long, max 3 min wait. The lifeguards were attentive and I always felt safe, even sending the 5 year old down the big slide on her own.
The ticket price includes all food and drinks. There was breakfast served from 11 ish and lunch from 1 to 3 and then there was afternoon snacks again at 4.
Ice creams and drinks were available all day at pool bar.
We had a great day and didn’t leave the park till just after 5.30 as the park closed.
It was a highlight of our hols. We will be back again next year for sure!

Limited slides but great for smaller kids, very busy, man on the gate is very friendly and does a great job. Meal times were very busy at the start. Food , drinks , snacks etc included in price. Taxi back to Cala Millor never turned up, seems to be a theme at the moment, great park , would return

Bien para pasar el día con familia y amigos, la comida en si es bastante escasa. Hago una mención en espacial a Lupe que tiene que tener bastante aguante para aguantar al personal, vi y escuché como dos clientes le decían cosas y la pobre no dijo ni mu, obviamente hay gente muy lerda pero ella supo mantenerse en su sitio ya que los mismos clientes le dijeron que estaban “ encoca*** “ una vergüenza que tenga que aguantar a gente así.

Hi. We are self catering in cala bona. Can we get a bus there and back to La Reserva easily?

Yes there are buses regularly between Cala Bona and Sa Coma. You normally need to book in advance so I go at the start of holiday to the office and book a date for later in the week. Think bus is 1.60.

You need to get the tickets the day before you want to go at the club house which is at the back of the Protur Safari Aparthotel. Don’t bother to start queuing. There’s plenty of sun loungers.
