There is Nothing worse than getting off the lift for the first run of the day and your ski pops off causing you to crash, thereby stopping the lift and letting out an obscenity that can be heard by the mountain. But that is what happened to me when the people at Teton Village Sports Failed to do their job and tighten my ski boot to the binder properly. What is worse is that I paid for the more costly demo package, so you would think for more money I'd get better equipment and service. This was a totally messed up job that should have never happened. The binding and boot would not stay on. I had to keep my weight on the bad ski/binding so it would not pop off and try to get down the hill. I snow plowed my way to the bottom and went to their nearby 'sister store,' Jackson Hill Sports. At this location the knowledgeable lady got me a new set of skis and made sure it all worked. Management offered me nothing more than an apology and no discount/refund on what could have been a disaster if I had taken the Tram to the top of the Mountain. Therefore, love the lady at Jackson Hole Sports and hate Teton Village Sports. (Nobody asked who did my equipment at Teton Village Sports so this did not happen to other customers)

Just there in JH to ski a few days and this business is a great place to rent gear. All the staff are friendly and smart. When I first arrived off the shuttle from town, the top piece of my 15 year old helmet popped off. Showed it the guy helping rent skis and he said I'll let you rent one at no charge. Awesome!

They did everything posiible to get me the right ski and have it ready (fully tuned, soone ground, etc) by morning (12 hr turnaround!) Really know their stuff. Manager Brian is a friendly, zero BS guy with super product knwledge. Great demo program at Teton Mountain Lodge where they run the valet and rental service

Paragliding was phenomenal experience, would highly recommend. Other than being able to run 20 years, no skill needed - just guts.

We rented E-bikes and regular bikes for a day and had a blast. We biked to town, had lunch and biked back along the bike trail. The bikes were excellent and the service was great. Highly recommend.

This store sold me two different sized Sorrel boots (I need size nine and they sold me a left size nine and right size ten) and they are refusing to give me the correct size boot or refund me. I have tried reaching out to the store via email, facebook, and phone, and they have simply not responded. I have been told multiple times on the phone that I will be called back on the same day and never hear back. I am out $170 with mismatched-sized boots. This has been one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever encountered. Don't shop here.

I want to take moment and write a excellent review for Jackson Hole ski rental shop. All bunch of young people were busy to help me fit into my boots, helmet and right size poles. Especially to Chris (from South Carolina). He was just a kind person to meet on my first day of rental and also my 4th day while returning the equipment. Chris was meeting me and his customers with kind smile and helpful questions to direct me (and all other customer who walked in as I was there) to right line and followed up if all fit properly. Thanks again and see you all next time!

Stopped here a couple of time to check out equipment and the clothes section. Great range of items offered and the staff was more than helpful with answering questions on ski equipment. Received some good advice and will shop there again.
