Rides On Time provided and has always provided greater service. The drivers are always friendly, on time, and vehicle are in great shape. They have been providing me with great service for many years to both SAN and LAX

My pickup time was very early in the morning. My assigned driver arrived at my home a little early, loaded my suitcase, and we were on our way. When we reached the airport, he negotiated his way through the cars, right to the curb! Then he unloaded my suitcase and held the door open for me to get out. This service is very reliable and professional.

We have used Rides on Time dozens of times. They are always on time, their cars are very comfortable, and they take care of your luggage. We will never use anyone else for airport transportation.

Another great round trip service from Rides on Time. Been using Rides on Time 4 times a year now since 2017. A special thanks this time to our driver Sammy and everyone at Rides on Time for their flexibility with a last minute flight cancellation and rebooking due to weather in Dallas. We finally got our flight home which was a couple hours late. After some quick texting and confirmations, Sammy was at San Diego Airport to bring us home. Thanks again Sammy and Rides on Time. See you next time we travel.

A friend just introduced me to this company and I am very impressed. I made an appointment with them for both legs of a recent trip to the airport. They noted the carrier, flight number and times of my departure and arrival. Prior to the initial pick up they emailed me a confirmation and the name of the driver. He showed up exactly on time and texted me his arrival. He was dressed in a suit and tie, was very polite, loaded up my suitcases, and we were on our way. On the day of the return trip, I again received an email confirmation and the name and phone number of the driver. When my plane landed and I turned off airplane mode, I received a text that he was waiting and a request to text him with my zone number after I had my bags. I did so and minutes later he arrived— coat & tie, very cordial. My door was opened, my suitcases loaded, and we were on the way. A very good driver (signaling, speed limit), he took me straight to my house and brought the suitcases right to the front door. Stress-free, reliable service you can depend on. My friend has used them for years.

I have used Rides on Time 4 times now and they are great. The car is clean, the drivers are GREAT. So smooth ride. Friendly. I will always them and you should too.

I have been hiring Rides on Time for the past few years for business and personal rides. I have always experienced nothing but positive notes to share. The staff is helpful and attentive. Their drivers are professional and punctual; they are experienced in treating customers right. I would highly recommend Rides on Time for your next rides.

Our driver was kind and helpful. He was waiting for us, easy to communicate with when we landed, took us safely and efficiently to where we were headed!
