Viky’s knowledge and playful spirit was so engaging and learned so much about the island. Every place she took us was magical! So fun and relaxing as Viky handled all the details allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience of all the wineries and sight seeing with a magical sunset. Would definitely do it again with her.

We travelled as a family of 6 adults (including elderly parents) and 2 toddlers as part of a packaged tour. The taxi pick up from the port to hotel was good. However, the taxi driver who was to tell us the schedule for the next 2 days just gave us a few papers with the vouchers for the travel, and didn’t explain anything else. This resulted in us being late for the excursion the next day. We were also left stranded at the port after the excursion with no transport along with 2 toddlers and parents who need assistance - and all we were told on calling the contact was that the bus should be there (which it obviously wasn’t!). They subcontract to other operators, who further subcontract so no one cares about the end customer. We had to take a taxi from the port which costed us €75! And there was still no apology! I would certainly not use them the next time around.

Immense merci Marina pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre humour. L'organisation de notre excursion dans la Caldeira était parfaite et sur un magnifique bateau (sans mal de mer 😉)
Merci aussi pour le transfert non prévu, c'est vraiment très appréciable d'être aidé comme ça.
Et dans notre langue maternelle en plus !

Our motorbike happened to run out of gas in front of Santo Line and we panicked. We asked Marina to call a taxi for us, but she just gave us enough gas to comfortably motor to the nearest station instead. She was very kind to us, and I can see that she would give quality service for any bookings through her business!
