I think that this depends on where you are staying and which cruise you do. We stayed in Perissa (on the other side of the island) and did the sunset cruise and we were picked up at 1:00. I do suggest that you communicate with the company the day before your cruise. All of the cruise line actually contracts with other transportation companies for transport. Sometimes they have been known to get mixed up and miss people. Hope this helps. Enjoy your cruise.

Short answer is no. Long answer is definitely not. Here's the reasons. 1)Long surface swim. You still have to propel yourself approximately 100 to 150 yard to get to the spring. The noodles will keep you afloat, but makes it harder to move forward in the water because now you have to propel yourself and the swimming noodle. 2)Deep water. If you don't swim and get separated from your noodle, you will drown and die. 3)Don't expect a rescue. I did not see any dinghies in the water to rescue people having trouble. Also there may be over 100 people around you. The boat crew cannot keep an eye on that many people. 4) You won't enjoy it. While it's a highly hyped part of the cruise, it really is not THAT big of a deal. There's only a couple of degrees difference between the spring water and the surrounding water. If they hadn't told me about the "warm water " spring, I wouldn't have noticed it. I enjoyed the swim more than the spring. My wife and in-laws don't swim and didn't go in, and they had a blast on board the boat, doing things that they enjoyed more. So, to sum it up, yes do the cruise, it was fun. If you don't swim, skip the spring.

You’ll have to check with the company about the baby but the swims are not mandatory and many people stay (warm and dry) on the boat.

To be honest I'm not sure. But when we went there was only one child wo was around 10 years old.
