The best small cinema I have ever visited (and I’ve been to many across the UK) The manager and staff are really welcoming and the coffee and snacks, excellent. The seating is great and the quality of movies shown is to a very high standard.

Weather forecast was rubbish, so had a trawl round the web and found the Lonsdale Cinema. What a great find. Saw the latest Poirot "Haunting in Venice", sat in comfort out of the rain. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to all.

Took my granddaughter here yesterday to see Puss In Boots and I was well impressed with everything. The cinema is small but lovely and comfy seats. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall just a lovely experience. Wouldn’t hesitate going back again.

At last - we are back to enjoyment of movies in a local setting. This cinema has everything needed for a great film-going experience. Easy to book; first-run films; helpful staff and comfortable seating and warmth. I feel we have discovered a great entertainment venue and now that there is less risk of Covid, going out to the flicks is back. Thanks to the Lonsdale for being such a HUGE community asset.

Excellent independent cinema with a great selection of movies. Saw Fisherman’s Friends a few weeks ago. All staff were so helpful and pleasant and it was great to go to a cinema that’s not part of a big chain. Seats very comfortable and good selection of sweets, snacks etc. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic place. They now have 3 screens. Screen 3 is like stepping back in time. Marvelous. The owner and staff are always polite and friendly. You can keep your faceless multiplexes, this is the place to watch films.

First time at the cinema since pre COVID. N
Great that they were blocking off seats for space between parties.
Fantastic prices and refreshments had a great selection and were very reasonable in price.
Great little independent cinema with 3 screens.
Definitely worth a visit to support this cinema

When you are in Annan and are looking for an amazing place to watch a film, then the place that I'm about to review is the place for you, and that place is Screen 3 at the Lonsdale Cinema located in Lady Street in Annan.
I visited Screen 3 today to see Space Jam A New Legacy and thoroughly enjoyed my experience tonight.
The best things about screen 3 are that the decor is swish and posh, you get delicious hot dogs served on a tray, very posh and the seats are comfy to watch your film.
The down sides of Screen 3 are that the toilet cubicles are a little cramped, and it's a little bit difficult to get parked.
But apart from the two downsides I really enjoyed my visit to Screen 3 at the Lonsdale and I would recommend it as a great activity for all the family.
