Because I go to school in Madoc and have many friends in the area, I have spent a lot of time at the skate park. One thing that I enjoy the most about the park is the how it’s in close proximity to downtown Madoc, but it is far enough that there is tons of space to do your own thing. The area is also a good place to pack a picnic and spend the day there with your family. Not only is it a skate park, but it also has play equipment and a splash pad, so it's fun for everyone. The only reason why I don’t give this park a 5 out of 5 is because the washrooms and change rooms are barely ever open and you have no choice but to use a portapotty. But other then that, I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Space for little ones as well as teens - different proficiency areas in skatepark as well as an area with swings, large activity climber and water area, great playground. Snack / ice cream bar in park.

Large skating area, with a variety of levels, Snack bar in the park and Splash pad. Trees for shade, seating area.

This park has a little bit of everything for kids of all ages. There is even a canteen open in the summer months and rentals for skateboarding and biking.

I observed that the staff are a little bit slow to react to injuries when kids fall, but everything besides that is really great! The skate park is a very friendly zone with two different skill level venues and a jungle gym for all ages!
