Menorcacruisin nos ha cargado los costes de un motor de barca auxiliar , tras un fuerte temporal inesperado en el que el único daño fue el soporte de sujeción al barco de dicho motor. El barco filtraba agua y tenía varios desperfectos desde el inicio del viaje . Mi recomendación, elige otra compañía que sea capaz de hacer frente a un problema inesperado .

Alquilamos el Bavaria 36 de 2012 para una semana por menorca. Barco muy completo y bien equipado que te permite navegar y maniobrar con facilidad.
Lo único que le fallaba es que tenia el piloto automático estropeado, y hacer la vuelta a la isla toda a la rueda un poco tedioso. Habría estado bien un gesto comercial por la molestia.
Nos atendieron John y Sofia muy amables y serviciales. Asi que lugar recomendable y para repetir.

We rented a 40ft Dufour for a week and went around the island this summer.
The boat, despite being slightly older, was clearly very well looked after. Everything worked as it should do.
The team were very efficient with everything and available by phone when I had questions about the boat. Can't really fault anything.
I don't think we had one bad meal on the island and everything is so clean and well looked after.

I did the day skipper course with Menorca Cruising a couple of years ago. Our instructor was Andy and I think I am consistent with other reviewers in saying that he is a superb, natural teacher.
I have since chartered their yachts about four or five times. I have on a couple of occasions had some minor problem or other with the boat but the company has always been proactive in resolving the issues quickly. One or two of the boats are getting a bit older but then again I quite like the older boats as I (and my teenage sons) find it a bit dull when everything is automated and the company prices them accordingly.
I choose to come back because I like the people at Menorca Cruising - they are always friendly, helpful and thoroughly honest/straightforward to deal with and they never make me feel like a fool if I quietly ask for advice on something.
I like the island because it is almost quicker for me to get to Marina Mahon than to Cornwall and Mahon harbour (and the rest of the island) has a curious unspoilt historical charm to it.

Just returned from a week with instructor Andy completing our practical rya day skipper course. Had a fantastic week, Andy is very patient, relaxed and organised and we had a very enjoyable and useful week. The boat was well maintained and comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommended.

What a nice way to spend a week in Menorca. My husband and I enrolled in the RYA Coastal Skipper course so that we could obtain our ICC qualification. The office staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Andy, our instructor, was always very competent and professional. We learned a few new tricks!

What a spectacular place to learn to sail. Menorca has a marvellous warm sunny climate and is blessed with great winds too.
The team at Menorca Cruising have made both my visits very special indeed. The boats are fabulous and my instructor Andy brings an unbeatable combination of patience and expertise.
The admin is equally painless .... but sorry Liz not as enjoyable as the sailing!

Thank you for your feedback. Andy continues to work for us as our Chief Instructor in Menorca and we are so lucky to have him on the team. He gets fantastic feedback from customers young and old.

My wife and I have just completed a week long sailing course with Menorca cruising. The boat was in very good condition and the course was very well organised. Best of all however was the instructor, Andrew. Very knowledgeable, extremely patient and considerate and presented material in a clear and really understandable manner; Just the right mix of course material and personal experience to illustrate points being made

While on holiday in Mahon with friends we decided to take a day and go sailing. I am so glad that we did as this was a really great trip. The weather was amazing warm and sunny even in low season April. Our skipper Heidi was awesome. She showed us how to sail as none of us had any real experience on a large sailing boat before. We sailed up the coast to Es Grau where we anchored for a few hours to enjoy lunch in the turquoise waters of the cove. I wish the water had been a little warmer as it would have been great to jump in and swim. I would love to go back and sail with them and maybe take one of courses that Menorca Cruising offers someday. I highly recommend this!
