I think the best suited to answer this question is you, some kids are naturally inquistive and love role play activities, where they can learn different things. Other children are just intimidated with new surroundings. For such a small child, I think 2-3 hours is sufficient.

For a single day, you can take them to the water park in the GIP complex. Enough for both the ages to have fun. If you are specifically looking at Kidzania: Agree with the answers above. For an 8yr old spending one full day at Kidzania will be easy but for the younger one there is not much. You take an entry ticket and then all the activities inside are included (you don't need to pay for any of the activities inside separately). Check out Nearbuy etc since you are bound to find some discount coupons for Kidzania on that. Since Kidzania is in the GIP complex, if as a family you can split up your younger one can have more activities outside of Kidzania.

Full day pass is required if u reach after noon. If u start early and reach there when they open. I think 5 hrs will be sufficient.
