Yes, they are in bloom. However they are all of the miniature variety that grow from/off of other plants and trees. Do not expect to see the large ones that we are used to here in the USA (they do have a few in the greenhouse in planters just as a reference/educational tool).

Helllo ilikeorchids, To answer your questions, there is no specific time for orchids because year round we always have different species in bloom so at any time of the year you come, you will be able to see unique species. We have an average of 100 different species in bloom per day. We emphasize on native species from Monteverde and Costa Rica, all natural species even some endemic to the Monteverde region.
