I came for a massage yesterday.
It was a good gift, and nothing to say about the quality of the massage and atmosphere.Very good.
However I arrived at 1:52 pm for an appointment at 2 pm.
The person who received had trouble finding my gift voucher and I had to send the voucher by email, after 3 attempts to put the voucher (she also asked a colleague to apply it)..
Nothing dramatic in itself, but the massage started at 2:09 p.m.
Problem is, he finished at 2:52, so no time carryover.
When she told me that it was over, I was a bit struck and effectively almost 10 minutes wasted when I looked at my watch. At 1.54 euros per minute is very limited. That's more than 12 euros in loss after all.
I really liked this institute, but I don't think I'd go any more.

A loyal customer for many years, I would like to express my deep disappointment at the lack of empathy and understanding of the employee I spoke with on the phone. Due to unforeseen and trying circumstances (griefs and accidents on the road), I had to cancel appointments for massage treatments that I really needed. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that I was being blamed for these cancellations, as if they were voluntary, which was particularly hurtful in an already difficult period. When I tried to make a new appointment, I was told to pay for the session in advance. There is no need to incur costs in advance but I was shocked by the lack of listening and the judgment made against me.
it is regrettable that a relaxation centre, to which I was attached, lacks so much human warmth and consideration for its loyal customers.

I called to explain what happened and they told me I don't understand, we will note it in your file for the next time, not even an apology, it's me who is the problem and next Monday my manager will remind you
To date no one has called me for 150 euros of treatment, I find that shameful
And above all I had to go to my doctor following this blockage and an osteopath to unblock this blockage

Warm welcome, the employees take great care… relaxation and relaxation await you.

Nous avons fait un massage en duo. Excellent ! Professionnel relaxant je le recommande. Juste un bémol concernant la balnéothérapie à deux : la baignoire est bruyante et surtout trop petite pour deux personnes donc à de conseiller à deux .

Très déçue. Le massage aurait dû durer 55 minutes mais il n’a duré que 40 minutes maximum. Vu le prix même avec une promotion c’est exagéré. C’est un peu de l’arnaque même si le massage était agréable.

Bonjour Madame, je mets en doute votre commentaire quant à sa sincérité.
Nous n'effectuons aucun soin d'une durée de 55 minutes, et en ce qui concerne nos prestations offre ou pas offre, nous ne racourcissons jamais la durée de nos soins. Sauf quand le client arrive en retard, nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre de mettre en retard les clients qui passent derrière vous, et encore moins supprimer notre pause déjeuner. De plus, il aurait été judicieux de se plaindre directement sur place afin que nous puissions régler ce problème directement sur place au lieu de mettre ce commentaire totalement inutile qui n'apporte rien.
