Ordered the steak, took 3 attempts to explain I wanted it rare, when it came out it was as good as cold along with the vegetables.
Sent it back and they just warmed up the steak so it was extremely dry of now warm and veg still cold. To top it all I want to the toilet and when they collected the plates they took my drink which was still half full.
One of the worst dining experiences I have had abroad.

The place is pretty good, the door girl very friendly, and most of the staff also except one with pigtail.. can not treat their clients. A good high-hander. Workers make a difference, and in this case it makes it worse!

The location at Jacaranda is beautiful but we regretted spending our last evening there. Apparently it was Celebrity Night and they asked 10€ for beer, cava, ... which is a lot. Was also served in plastic glasses. We ordered something from the regular card because the rest was only Thai. The food was mediocre. There was a waiter walking around who was spinning very strangely, who also came to clear my husband's plate and clean the table while I was still eating. This was not nice. There was a lot of noise because there was loud music coming from one side of the bar but also from the other side of the pool. So constantly two basses and different music mixed together. In the end, we didn't even see or hear "celebrity." I think it might be a nice place to stay but just when we were there everything was disappointing. Too bad.

Absolute rip off! 90 euros for 7 drinks - 3 of those were soft drinks. Was supposed to see Shane Nolan - we were told the show would start at 9.30 pm. Apparently his plane was delayed and we were then told he would arrive around 11 pm - we left before the show started because we had children with us.

The perfect place if you're looking for somewhere to spend the day relaxing, with many options of things to eat. I felt like royalty after having taken one of the beds for the day! The staff, were very attentive and always made sure you had everything you needed, with a special thanks to Facundo. Couldn't recomend this place more!

Avoid this place! We stopped by for some shisha and cocktails.
We had espresso martinis, which were served in plastic glasses and tastes awful. We couldn't finish them.
I was expecting there to be a shisha menu, but they came over and said they only did two flavours, strawberry or grape. I went for grape, the taste was nice but the shisha was very harsh. They didn't seem to know how to use the shisha pipe, and I had to explain that it was too hot and needed less coal so that it wouldn't be harsh. If they are serving shisha, I would expect them to know how to use it and make it - I often have shisha, and I've never had to explain how it works before 🤦🏼♀️
They had a deal on which was €40 for two cocktails and a shisha. They tried to charge me €64 because they forgot about the deal.
I went at around 10 pm, and the place was absolutely dead, with no atmosphere.
Service wasn't great from the staff. I went up to the bar to pay as the staff were not coming around to the tables. Then, when I went to leave, they chased after me and shouted that I hadn't paid. I showed the man the receipt, which he then took off me and wouldn't give back. Very bad service!

Not one to write reviews, but couldn’t not the best place on the island everything you could want and more. Staff are lovely especially Angie she really made our holiday. 100% recommend we’ll be back next month.

Reserved a good table as wanted to watch football and then they moved the tv to accommodate friends. Thai food was good but burger was a cheap frozen one not like other burgers we’d seen coming out from other restaurants. Some of the staff were lovely but found the manager/owner miserable and sarcastic. When they had enough they just turned the lights off and shut the doors and left us sitting outside with no toilet facilities and didn’t bother to say good night or thanks thanks for our custom even though we spent a fair bit on food and drinks through the evening. Good luck to the lovely to the lovely you d new staff working there, nicer places to work in the area

This place is amazing the staff and the atmosphere of the place is amazing I just love it, there is a new restaurant also a bbq Korean style and it was amazing a must!! Xx

25 each or 50 each for a Bali bed . Umbrellas pointless as pretty but flimsy , don’t serve their purpose, which is why we didn’t stay. Not enough shady areas, who wants to get sunstoke. Poor mans Nikki beach.

They're about €14, I know it's expensive but it's a treat. There is a happy hour when they're are €10 bit not sure of the hours

Yes this place is open for children and also has a very good suitable inter talent in the evening, check the program beforehand just to make sure, however during August Jacaranda was offering a safari night every Sunday with the parrots and snakes

Yes no problem with children going. It's all open air and right by the beach. Some of the evening shows don't start til quite late though. The rocket man was advertised as 10.30 pm but it was nearer 11,pm when he started up.
