Poor customer service. Awful website and app. Very rude receptionists. Noisy, smelly and too busy. Squash courts are the only thing going for the place as they have been refurbished fairly recently. Other than that, not worth it. In urgent need of new management.

I use the gym here and its ok but honestly the price is ridiculous. I pay £35 which is ok, but on the online login it said nothing to be paid. Money was sat in my account, but payment never came out. I contacted them and tried to pay it asap. No help at all, redirected and waited forever for a reply. tried for days to get through and pay it. You cannot pay through the online system which is really frustrating.

I ended up receiving an email that my account was locked and therefore couldn't access any of my details for referencing. Then I was charged a £55 fee that I've had to pay.

Very unfair, after all it wasn't my fault and tried to get into contact with them for several days.

Unprofessional staffs

Very bad customer service, I was given an appointment for a gym induction when I turned up the staff in the reception who took me upstairs to the gym told me to wait while he goes to get the person who would do the induction but instead I saw him playing around with his buddies in the gym and he just left me standing there, making me feel so awkward. In the end I just left. Not sure I will be going back there, glad I had not paid yet!

Awful for walk ins - strictly members only, go somewhere else

My husband and son checked the pool timetable before leaving and saw it was open etc.
However when they got there they were told that not only was it full but they would have to pay £30 for a membership in order to use the pool - the lady behind the counter said ‘it’s alright it’s only a one off payment’ yeah but it’s still £30 for a one off swim. What a completely ludicrous expectation.

The website needs to have it plastered in big letters everywhere that they only allow you in IF YOU PAY TO BE A MEMBER - no walk ins tolerated, clearly.

Dirty and overcrowded swimming pool

Took my toddler swimming and was really disappointed. The changing rooms were disgusting. They floors were dirty and covered in hair and grime. They were also soaking wet. Nobody adhered to the rule of taking shoes off before entering the changing rooms, but I’m not surprised given how dirty they were. The leisure pools were incredibly crowded. The toddler and shallow pools weren’t as warm as other pools that I’ve taken my little one too, and the changing rooms were freezing when we got out. The pool looks very tired. I also find it really annoying that it isn’t open during the day during term time - it means I can only take my toddler when it is overcrowded with big children. I won’t be returning. The Pavilions in the Park in Horsham is much better and is open during the day during term time.

Gym is safe, not crowded, fab staff.

I regularly go to the gym at The Triangle. Unlike other local gyms, I never have to wait for equipment, it's not overcrowded. It feels incredibly safe, with social distancing and plenty of cleaning of equipment going on, and the staff are always super friendly and happy to help.

Never been to a Gym before so I asked when joining would I be shown how to operate the equipment. I was told if I wait a week they would make an appointment with a instructor who would indeed show me how to use the equipment in safety without hurting myself or potentially damage the equipment. I signed up for 3 months on that understanding and was prepared to wait a week, got to the day I asked who would show me what’s what to be told they knew nothing of the appointment and were too busy to help me! despite it being very quiet and one of the instructors being too busy on his phone! I am a 75 year old man just wanted a little help but all the Gym was interested in was my money. Terrible service!

Not reopening in line with government guidance

Places Leisure demanding more money from the local council and the website says that they need more time to prepare signage etc. Makes you wonder what they have been doing for the last 4 months. Staff despairing about their jobs and the other businesses that run from inside i.e. Physio Centre have no guidance or know when they can get their business going again. A shambles.
I've cancelled my membership

queues too long

dont bother going if you want to wait in a queue for 2 hours, disgusting, carpark full to the brim, the queue was literally out the door, at the point of people were saying where is the queue, does it start here, no it starts behind me.

Children learning to swim

Great praise for those teaching young children to swim. The pool is not going to cope with the increasing local population at times now it is very overcrowded.
Public areas are not pleasant and more staff are needed to attend and constantly make them hygienic . The decision to lay carpet has made those areas look filthy and quite disgusting. Much of the glass in public viewing areas needs vigorous cleaning. Tables in the cafe are not cleared and cleaned quickly.
Very sad appearance not nice to visit.
