Not the greatest of tourist attractions
Snorkeling was terrible, saw no fish as choppy ! Lunch was awful and pig island was awful, just pigs running around snorting and fighting while your having a meal - dirty, smelly and over rated

First of all, we would like to thank you for your feedback. Yes, you are right, this trip was not the greatest attraction. If you focus on the best snorkeling locations But this trip is suitable for those who love nature, simplicity and nature. We treat all pigs naturally and do not harm them.

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Tiere leben in Freiheit und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Sie lassen uns an vielen Dingen teilhaben. Futter selbst machen, füttern, in freier Natur anfassen, beobachten, baden. Ich würde es immer wieder tun.

What an amazing time spent at the elephant sanctuary. Very informative guides lots of information given and learnt all about their environment. Made their feeds up, watched them in their free space and bathed them. Highly recommend this place. Lunch was provided and very clean facilities. Much better to support this cause than to ride on the backs of them and see them chained up and distressed. Definitely worth a visit, for a once in a life time activity.

This was very well organised and informative trip. The elephants are very well cared for and roam.
The walk in the jungle is short enough if you have accessibility issues like some of our group did.
You get to bath with them in a specially built pool.
Great day out and a must do while in Koh Samui!

Das Projekt ist super! Man erfährt Hintergrundinformationen über die einzelnen Elefanten und deren Vergangenheit und lernt Vieles dazu. Man bereitet Essen vor, füttert die Elefanten, kann Ihnen beim Essen zusehen und zusammen mit Ihnen baden gehen. Die Aktivitäten sind super schön geplant! Fotos sind auch jederzeit erlaubt. Man kommt den Tieren sehr nah und kann sie auch streicheln.

In terms of value for money this was a good day out. We chose the small group version and was 9 of us. The long-tail boat to pig island was interesting. Needless to say its very bumpy and you literally get soaked so yes take a change of clothes in a plastic bag. Pig island was as advertised. We got there before too many other boats and it was ok. Lots of pigs of all sizes that you can feed and have pictures with. Snorkeling was good, so many lovely small fish but we noticed that people were standing on the coral which is sad as that will destroy it. Kayaking and lunch was lovely. All in all basically as advertised. A good value family day out.

Aptly named by ny teenage son. Well worth the time and money. Our driver was very engaging and knowledgeable. He aspect time giving us factual information but also allowed independent exploration so that we could choose our own ohoto opportunities at each stop.
The trip is just the right length and the sights are beautiful in the main. Sadly, the waterfall was a trickle as there has been less rainfall in the last 3 months, but we were still able to explore the area.
My son found the mummified monk highly enlightening and fascinated by the fact that he still has hair after 48 years.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this trip.

Amazing place. Well organised trip. Food was great . The elephant experience was incredible . Coming so close preparing their supplements and feeding it to them. Watching them having a mud bath then bathing them yourself . Truly magical experience enjoyed by all the family.

I booked this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. From the minute I booked the helpfulness and organisation was amazing, every question was answered quickly. The day was well planned before we got there.
The people running the day, were so friendly, informative and you could tell loved the elephants. The elephants looked very well cared for and were living a better life from where they came from. The surroundings were clean, we were served delicious vegetarian food and there were showers to use after and before. Highly recommend this trip.
I booked this after reading Tripadvisor reviews and it did not disappoint.
