Please note, that I write this review from a standpoint that one should not have to pay to see a natural waterfall. I visited this spot unaware that it was such a tourist attraction. Tourists (unknowingly) participate in cultural appropriation as locals quickly wrap a sarong around you, eager to collect the 200k entrance fee. Sadly 200k is where the costs start. If you want to experience any thing more than the waterfall the cost start to rocket. Make sure you have your wallet with you if you are willing to be fleeced in the hope of spiritual cleansing.

First the major con…very expensive to enter for simple visit. 200,000idr, twice what it says online, that’s $13US each person, I almost turned around. Most other attractions in Bali are 30,000 to 75,000idr, trying to make up for the Covid loses. Otherwise, very nice photos and the obligatory instagram shot.

I think who ever write a positive review for this place must be getting pay from them
Check the fees first is expensive
They charge us 400k for entry only but we couldn’t go to pool use our own towel
Couldn’t do this couldn’t do that and you breathe you need to pay
Under name of sprite they charge you heaven to earth
So my advice stay away they are so many water fall around that won’t charge only few dollars to get this same thing

The best waterfall near Ubud. Many different viewpoints to take pictures and beautiful stone statues!

A beautiful and well kept site. The hosts were so lovely and friendly. It was an organised experience, with a guide escorting us through the falls and explaining all the carvings and deities. We received sarongs to wear over swimmers and changed in clean, maintained change rooms and placed our things in lockers with keys. They guide (Rusman) kept the keys for us and took photos of our experience. we walked bare-foot over rocks and stones that could get a bit spikey. If you have mobility issues, this may not be a good option for you. It was a fantastic experience, finished with a refreshing fresh juice afterwards.

This was a very nice experience. We were there early so it wasn’t crowded at all. The setting is about as serene as it gets. The guide did a great job of explaining the different deities and ceremony. The waterfalls and carvings are stunning. I wish I would have known to wear water shoes because you go through the ceremony barefoot and walking on the rocks was extremely painful for me at some points. So much so that it made the experience almost in unenjoyable at some points.

C'est une arnaque .12€ par personne et on a fait le tour en 5 minutes.tout est payant . drone go pro ..... un attrape touriste

Justes exceptionnel !! Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Nous sommes tombés sur ce lieu par L’un des plus beau lieu que j’ai jamais vu !

AMAZING experience. Exactly what I was looking for to really immerse myself in the culture. The staff was very accommodating. They provided everything that I needed from start to finish. The cost was a bit steep, but well worth it. The environment was so majestic. I can’t wait to visit again May, 2024.

I visited in July and would love to know the name of the man who had his tiny store at the parking. We took a puppy who was sick and the parking man told us we could bring him to a vet. Would love to know this man's name and to let him know the pup is doing very well!
