Not impressed! We booked a bus with this company for a trip to Cat Ba for 4 days. We made our way to the shop in Hanoi for a 10am bus ride. The first coach ride to the speedboat was l a large 40 seat coach with maybe 10/16 people, we are aged 52 and 64, we enjoyed the ride and was able even to do some study while travelling. It all went down hill once we arrived at the Dock, we were jammed on the speedboat with many other tours and even not enough seating for everyone. On arriving at Cat Ba the coach/bus did not have space, as we ended up one of the last people to try getting on the bus, they couldn't fit our rucksacks on the buses external storage and we were told to take our backpacks onto an already packed bus which was packed, my female friend of 64 years old was expected to climb on board with her heavy rucksack with no assistance. We then could not see any seats free and I refused to be be treated like this. We then had to pay 350.000 for a taxi to Cat Ba town and did not take the bus. The guide did not offer compensation or seem very bothered that this happened.
Be very wary of being treated like cows on the Cat Ba side and I would not recommend this way to travel.
We were possibly the oldest couple in the mass of people and hope they don't treat their own parents this way.

It’s so great experience for traveling with this Cát ba daily tour. We have very great time in lan hạ bay with big room for our family. Food was so good and much than we expected. Kayaking so fun and lot of time around the bay. Highly recommended for sea lover and who love travelling.

Thao (owner) was really helpful and helped us organise a 4 star cruise in Lan Ha Bay for 3 days and 2 nights, with pick up from Hanoi and drop off at Ninh Binh which we thoroughly enjoyed. Compared to other companies, I think Good Morning Cat Ba’s service and price was very competitive. Would definitely recommend!
