We were lucky to spend a night here in a lovely spacious wooden cabin after a tour of the winery and explanation of Georgian winemaking techniques, and a delicious barbecue dinner with the charming young family, cooked over coals from vine cuttings. I enjoyed their amber and saporavi red the most of all the wines I have tried over 3 weeks in Georgia, and staying the night allowed us to appreciate them fully!

We visited this boutique and really cute Winery at the foothills of the Caucasus mountains in Shilda, Khaketi. Tornikai and his wife run this really nice set up where he produces 3 kinds of wine and a Chacha! We had organised a Supra and tasting which was laid out in their lovely fields overlooking the mountains. Tornikai and his wife served us deliciously cooked Georgian treats and he explained us in detail about his wines and the production methodology. All lovely tasting wines and Ofcourse we finished off with a few shots of Chacha which was actually not bad considering it was close to 60% proof! Excellent afternoon with a brilliant family and some really deliciously tasting wine. A must visit if you’re going to Khaketi. Thanks Tornikai and family and wishing you all the success in your future.

We loved our experience in this small winery. The environment is very nice and the hosts are amazing. They’ve created a very friendly atmosphere and we would go back every weekend if we could.
I generally don’t like white wine, but Chubini’s amber Rkatsiteli was out of this world. So unexpected that I would enjoy Qvevri wine so much. Thank you!

Absolutely awesome!!!
I was there with my friends and this tiny winery exceeded our expectations. We had a great time with the host, Tornike, who is very friendly and fun, knows a lot about wine and tirelessly shares his knowledge with enthusiasm. His positive energy is contagious, and the evening was fabulous.
So looking forward to going back <3

The best place to enjoy the synthesis of traditional and modern Georgia. Highly qualified, very kind and attentive hosts. The best wine! The best environment for both - humans and pets. We have spent unforgettable days at Chubini wine cellar!

We visited Chubini wine cellar in a snowy and rainy day but it was a night to remember! Beside the fascinating, amazing views around and delicious Georgian traditional, local food/wine, I would like to outline the hosts - a lovely, bright couple: Tornike and Likuna, full of joy and happiness. We really enjoyed our time there.

As soon as we stepped into Chubin Wine Cellar we felt an amazing positive aura. They have delicious wines and amazing cheese and complementary honey that is made at the farm. I am so inlove with the place, I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you to Likuna and Tornike for their positive attitude and their hospitality. BTW, their kitties were sooo cute and their Georgian liquor, Chacha was incredible.

Мечтали с мужем побывать на частной винодельня и совершенно случайно наткнулись на chubini wine cellar. Потрясающее место! Зураб встретил как родных!) Если хотите насладиться настоящим грузинским вином и гостеприимством, то вам точно сюда. Очень рекомендую эту винодельню для души и отдыха! Спасибо!

Visiting Chubini wine cellar was a highlite of my trip to Georgia.
Tornikay and his wife are a charming young couple from Tbilisi that are following their dream and passion of opening a wonderful winery and vineyard.
The setting is lovely, and you must not only do the wine tasting, but also have their incredible, fresh and delicious lunch (salad, bread, corn bread, cheese, fish, beef and honey.) It was an absolute feast, for only $15. They should really charge more. You will not eat dinner afterwards!
And you will love their lovely and friendly Labrador, Archie!
