Dolomite Treks is THE company to use if you're trekking in the Dolomites. Anna grew up in the area and is an expert in the region. She prepared us in advance for our private trek, and when we arrived to unexpected snow, kept in touch with us (even though she was guiding another group at the time) every day to let us know when and how to adjust our route to avoid icy trails. She arranged great inns for us, and our hike was "off the beaten track" and therefore stunningly beautiful and not over-touristed. We had a safe, yet extraordinary 6-day hike, thanks to Dolomite Treks.

Anna is the real deal if you want to trek in the Dolomites. She grew up in the mountains and knows every trail. She customized a 9 day, self-guided trek for 8 of us and it was fantastic. Look no further for your true professional Dolomite planner! She also leads hikes if you don’t want the self-guided route. I cannot say enough good things I own a hiking company in California so have an opinion about trekking companies.

The trek Anna organised was a fantastic experience. Anna was warm and welcoming - preparing us in detail for our self-guided trek. The pickups and transfers were seamless. The accomodation was lovely and family run, with delicious local cuisine available. The rooms were very clean and had beautiful views.
We did a four day trek which was perfect. Each day was different with spectacular scenery from high plains to mountain peaks.
We would highly recommend Dolomites Treks!

I LOVED this trip. Everything is well laid out. Detailed instructions, lots of great background information, exceptional routes, comfortable hotels, lots of variety in terrain and views. Lots of elevation gain - so make sure you are in good shape. Loved not seeing people on a few of the hikes for long periods of time.

My son (12) and me (47) wanted to visit the WWI battlefield remains of the Italian front but didn't know where to start, i looked online and came across Anna's website. Since the beginning she was incredibly helpful and gave me advice even before booking the trek with her and even booked us excellent accommodation in Cortina D'Ampezzo. The day of the hike, because of the weather, there was a last-minute change in the planned hike and we went to Monte Piana to the open air WWI museum and we had an amazing time! the trek was long but totally worth it, even with a bit of adverse weather, my son was amazed at all the things you could see and Anna was very patient and really knowledgeable, answered all our questions and all in all made the day a memorable experience, we will be forever thankful for the memories she helped create for us.

This was an absolutely legendary excursion of a lifetime. Fantastic experience with Anna who guided me to different, unexplored paths of the Dolomites and was able to see many sights that I wouldn’t have done by myself. I definitely recommend 100% especially if it is one’s first time! I will book again if I’ll be in the Dolomites region again. Thank you again Anna!

Anna is an amazing guide. She led our family of five (two adults, a 23 year old son, 26 year old son) on a wonderful adventure hiking in Cortina and Oritesia. She knows the area very well and selected hikes that were stunning, and without crowds. These hikes were also a mix of strenuous, moderate and easy, which is what we requested. Anna knows a ton about the history and current social situation in Italy, so we learned a lot too. She is patient and interesting, and very easy to spend hours hiking.
She made our trip amazing and I highly recommend her. We hope to hire her again.

Anna and her team at Dolomite Treks put together a fantastic trip. During our orientation the first morning, Anna did a great job explaining the route options including elevation gains and distances for each day, and provided detailed maps with our routes and lodgings marked. We did 3 days of self-guided hiking and one day with a guide for the Tre Cime loop. So happy that we worked with Dolomite Treks. We will definitely be back.

we could not fault our experience with dolomite treks. we chose to do the 6 day self guided trek as part of our honeymoon, and are so glad we chose dolomite treks to organise everything for us. anna was fantastic throughout the process - from booking to meeting us in cortina to provide a briefing. the guide booklet we were provided with was amazing - very detailed instructions which allowed us to navigate the dolomites seamlessly! at every point we felt like we had support if we needed it, and Anna was a hugely helpful, friendly and clearly very knowledgable point of contact. We loved all the hotels organised for us, and enjoyed going from the more luxurious Cortina option to the more basic but stunningly located hotels, all with exceptional food and wine. would highly encourage anyone considering a trip to the dolomites to do so via dolomite treks - we can’t recommend enough!

Fabulous self guided trek planned and booked by Dolomite Treks around Cortina for 7 days with my partner Chris in July. Carefully selected varied and beautiful routes with very detailed easy to follow notes and map provided by Anna and Isabelle. The briefing the evening before set the scene and answered all our queries. The service provided by Dolomite Treks is excellent and definitely highly recommended.
The Dolomite scenery is just spectacular and they must be one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the world. The refuges and hotels were excellent with great food and fabulous views. We also very much appreciated the extensive information provided by Anna and Isabelle covering the flora, fauna, geology and history of the Dolomites and managed to see quite a lot of the alpine flowers. Can't wait for another visit!
