Leisurely Kayaking Session for all Sizes and Fitness Levels

I love sharing special moments with my family but it is often difficult to find an activity that everyone enjoys and that isn't too difficult. I was thrilled to discover the Outdoor Focus sunset kayak session.
.
Kayaking proved to be a scenic, non-strenuous method to explore the canals up close and enjoy the beauty of the houses along the river. My mom and dad both in their late fifties, enjoyed this relaxing activiy,

We can't recommend Outdoor Focus highly enough!

We were assisted with friendly smiles and exceptionally great service! Every last bit of detail was well organized.

Thank you for the everlasting memories Renae, Stephan and Gary.

This might be the first time we used their service, it certainly won't be the last!

Seeing the Kowie River Up Close

I spent a day kayaking, hiking and sightseeing with Renae. She is really knowledgeable about the area and has given me lots of ideas about future hiking and other adventures (e.g. horseback riding) in the area. I got the impression that they are versatile and flexible in the way they organize their excursions. I bet they would be excellent with teens and families. For me, it was really worthwhile going up the Kowie River, seeing the unique vegetation and back country, all so close to Port Alfred. My husband did a team-building session with them and also had a positive experience.

My boy and me sand boarded with Outdoor Focus. Was surprised when we paid and they directed us to the dunes about 2km away - with sand-boards, without supervision. Trust in the modern world is rare. Had fun on the dunes, had a quick swim at the kiddies beach at the shop and they graciously allowed us to take a cold shower in their back office. Excellent people and would definitely recommend people to go here for family fun.

Keryn, I have know and admired for many years. She has such passion and motivation which is inspiring. This is how she runs her business too.
She has always been a true mentor and brings years of knowledge and self experience. I would always put my trust and faith in Keryn and her dive charters and all she has to offer at Outdoor Focus. One could not be in more capabke hands, Keryn knows and loves the sea and treats it with the utmost respect. She is brilliant in her chosen field. Wushing you all the best with all future endeavours.

One seldom finds a facility, where the owner run business, includes, international standard-diving courses, offering canoeing, rowing and equipment hire for a day of fun. Tucked neatly in the natural indigenous bush, on the banks of the Kowie River, one can picnic in safety, swim in the river, or sit on the 'Kiddies Beach" with ones children and have a fabulous day out, with the family.

Unreliable and Unprofessional

We were to go on a fishing charter with this company. We were told that in order to do so, we would have to pay, in full, the day before the departure. This was frustrating but we nonetheless travelled 40 minutes (each way) to pay the day before. Despite being advised they would be open to take payment until 5:00 pm, we arrived at 4:50 pm to find the store completely empty and locked up. We tried calling the business, but no answer. We emailed them, no answer. Still have not received any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, or any explanation. Clearly an unreliable and unprofessional business.
