We stayed here only 1 night during Tet holiday. This is the 3rd time we have visited Phan Rang Thap Cham city, but this is the 1st time we stayed here, as our preferred hotel was full booked. And we were so disappointed with what we had experienced. The hotel is big and modern from the 1st sight, they have convenient and safe parking area in case you have car; but it's not the same with what you have inside. The rooms are old and not with enough light. The corridor is slightly dark and it's not easy for you to find your room. There is no air con remote controller in the room, so you cannot adjust the temperature; we did turn off the air con as it's too cold at night and turn it on when it's too hot. The deluxe room is with a bathtub and the drain stopper was gotten out. I wondered what they put the bathtub there for and the customers cannot use it, but still need to pay for it. The furniture is old, and the bedding sets look old too, they are not with the white color as original and with strange smell so I don't think they are cleaned appropriately. The bathroom is small and with terrible smell. We came back late on the last day and they complained as soon as they saw us; we said we will pay for the additional fee follow the hotel's requirements but they kept talking about that. I have no ideas why these staffs acted stupidly like that when the customers will pay more. And the bad things haven't ended up. We came to the room finding that the room is not cleaned (it should be cleaned before 12h) and the electric was cut. We must stay in the room without air con and use the rest room in dark. We checked out at1:30pm and paid 50% of the room rate for all the terrible thing we have in 1.5h. We are ok with the additional cost as it's the common requirements. But we don't expect we are treated like that. The room rate is ~$20/ night include breakfast, and it's not worth staying. Will not recommend to anyone.…
