Dont get deceived by the comments from the Reservation office and the hotel, they are two different entities

Totally disappointed on the second visit by the promises given during booking and the pics updated on the website and social media such as Instagram, Facebook and the likes. Food and Beverages – Good Al Carte Food and Good Services, however the wait to get the food is terrible, during peak hours it can go up to 1 to 1.5 hours, with approx. 20+ rooms and guests to serve in the rooms and few guests in the dining area and with only four people including the manager to serve the guests, the patience can get to your nerves. You have a Kettle in the rooms to make Coffee if needed but they don’t replenish them, you have to be continually calling the reception for each and every item required. Breakfast was horrible during the stay, they call it buffet but they just have 2-3 dishes, and you got to wait because quantities are limited, you go early you get your food else you have to remind the kitchen that you are still waiting for them to serve. Cutlery was horrible, spoons are just ducked into water and taken out, Tea Cups had lipstick marks post wash and was made available for guests to us. No Coffee Available, Eggs available only on Paid basis. Idly (Steam Rice Cakes) are the just 1.5 inches in diameter and you need to consume atleast 12-15 to fill your tummy, The so called “Medhu Vada (Made with All Flour with a pinch of spices; looks like a Donout) does not make justice to the actual size you get at other regular restaurants. Usually one or Two of these Vadas will fill you stomach, here you will need to get 6-7 for a full tummy. Rooms -- Good to see in the pics, however not cleaned prior to guests’ arrivals, we had bugs on the mattresses, and we had to ask them to replace the covers. Television never worked, there is a remote, however to use the remove you have to take it next to the Set Top Box (STB) to get it work (more or less pressing the buttons on the STB itself), what’s the purpose of the Remote then, None of the channels worked only the free ones like the news & documentaries were available; the kids did not have patience to change the channels as there was nothing interesting. Amenities – Horrible – Three of us had to share the same towels for a period of three days by washing and drying it every time, Water is only served when asked, during peak hours, the wait is terrible to get a bottle of water No supply of Soap or toiletries for the bathroom, they only give a small bottle of body lotion and you expected to use that for your bathing needs. No shower Curtain between the Bathtubs and the Closets , hence the water from the Shower is all over the floor this leads to a Wet Room due to the lac of Rugs and Carpets outside the Bathroom to absorb water The Hotel states at the entrance that the property is a “No Smoking” area, however its not enforced, guests were seen smoking in the balconies. Booking – this is done by a colleague who is not at the Location (Hotel) the Booking office is not at the same location as where the Hotel is and they are not in sync. Location – Good, calm away from the humdrum of the traffic noise, 10-15 minutes to Mandrem Beach.…

Review

Very disappointed with this hotel totally watse of money not given the room which was promised, room quality very cheap not even 30 % as shown online, was booked as an super dulex room on MakeMyTrip but was given executive room which was in very 5 grade condition and lots of restrictions by the hotel, not worth spending ur trip in goa in this hotel out of 10 just 1 star........

You were offered the super deluxe room what was promised. We can't help when you see the standard king room or the V.I.P rooms pictures and book a super deluxe room expecting a bathtub in it . This complaint raised when you were at the property and we showed you you Booking voucher that says superdeluxe room and their image's were also their. When you are staying with us we can't offer any lower room category than the super deluxe room as properties base category room is super deluxe Also if you want to use the pool after 9 and when the staf is telling it's not functional due to the timming please don't yell at them When the staff tell you that outside drinks are not allowed at restaurant please listen to them as we have a bar inhouse and that's the rule If they tell you not to play loud music at 2am sitting in the balcony please listen as other guests gets distributed All these rules that you felt are not worthy is for the betterment of the guests itself and functioned by each and every hotel

Enjoyable stay

This hotel offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was close to many beaches and restaurants. The staff and food was really good and we will definitely be visiting again

Amazing Experience

Stayed here with my friends. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Food that is both tasty and of good quality. Pool is clean, and there is a sitting space outside. Overall, the stay was a fantastic one.

Amazing family stay

Amazing property,amazing view, delicious food well managed rooms and bathrooms ,also nice drinks and amazing staff and services didn't had any problem regarding anything had a great time would like to visit again.
