We had booked a 3 bedroom villa for 8 people, including 2 kids. The villa was nice and fully furnished including a ready to use kitchen. The rooms are spacious and maintained well. The caretakers are available most of the time, in case you need them.

We stayed at Mid Valley Residence in August 2013 with 2 family friends. We had booked a 3 bedroom villa and it was maintained very well. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. The kitchen was adequately maintained though we felt there could have been more cutlery. The staff was quite helpful in arranging for tea/ snacks/food and cleaning up after meals. Since, there is no activity around the villas, it helps if you travel in bigger groups and cook your own food. There is no restaurant attached and the food is outsourced from hotels nearby.

we stayed in midvalley residence.the place and ambience was excellent.the villas interiors are excellent.we stayed with the family we have taken 3 b/r villa.the facility is good and staff r co operative.we stayed for 2 nights.we enjoyed it.

There are 2 villas and these are what can be seen on their website. There is another building adjoining it. They sell the ground floor as a villa as well but it is really 3 rooms with a living room that does not even have a TV. During booking (just 2 days before) I had asked for villa and they agreed. Next day, they called to check if I was coming and a couple of hours later another call to say their boss was planning a trip and wanted us to take up 2 rooms. After I yelled at them, they agreed to accommodate my request. However, when I showed up at Yelagiri, they moved me into these rooms. It was really annoying and they refused to accommodate me into a villa that was available at that point. Later that evening, I saw another group occupying that. It was really frustrating and we had no choice but to stay there. It's just couple of villas and there is really no space outside of them. What you see in pics is all the lawn that is there. There's not much you could do in Yelagiri. And since this hotel (really just lodging) does not have any open spaces, you are pretty much forced to stay inside your rooms. Interiors of these rooms were quite average. Toilets were pathetic - no bath tub or shower enclosure, just one hamam soap, only after insisting they provided 2 towel that were old & small. They had a small & dingy kitchen and was not maintained well. And service was pathetic. Couple of guys are around to take care of this property. They do not provide food but have a menu from a restaurant from where they deliver food. Our lunch was okay but the way they served (basic plates & old spoons) left us bewildered. They come an hour later & clean them up in the kitchen and taking away all your privacy. And they informed us that it might be better we eat in restaurant. We tried them for dinner. That was an even worse experience - rude waiters and food was average. It was primarily north indian food and was quite bad. And next morning we tried breakfast - they had a set south indian menu. I have never had worse Idly, Dosa & Chutney in my life. Ordered omlette outside of buffett and that was bad too. By external looks, I thought their pricing was a good deal. In the end turned out to be our worst holiday.…

My stay in Mid Valley Residence is memorable.I stayed there for couple of days.They are very helpful and so cooperative.I lived in a Four bedroom suite with 10 family members. It has all the things that are needed and is very reasonably priced.They are so helpful and very much caring. I will recommend this place to all of my friends. I really felt like being in my home because of the great service of the staff.I will surely come back to this place again. Only drawback being the serviced apartments they don't have any restaurants with them, we need to have food from outside.
