loved my stay at nikis. hosts were extremely nice and very flexible ( we checked out from the apartment at 6pm !!!!!) - the apartment was clean with airco, frodge and eveything you needed for cooking. our host left for us as well a juice and a water. bathroom was in good condition and the apartment was cleaned everyday. the balcony was spacious and we had every day breakfast there! the bed was a bit small and not too confortable and parking is not included - is street parking... the sea is 200 mt away and you don t have private beach but you can rent sunbeads and umbrella at the local facilities. plenty of restaurants nearby.

First of all want to say how welcoming Maria and her mother were. They were both so sweet and kind and incredibly thoughtful. Had an apartment facing the rear of the building overlooking the hills/mountains. Lovely view. Had 2 small balconies in my apartment. Very clean and always was attended too on a regular basis. Cooking facilities if required. Myself and a friend mentioned about a lot of apartments not having toasters as the British love their toast. The next day Maria had gone out and bought a toaster for my apartment and my friends too. She said if we liked the toaster she would buy for all apartments. It was thoughtful. The bed was comfortable with a mosquito net over it which was great. The price is reasonable and it is a quiet location just off the main road of the town. The apartments is situated over the restaurant, however no noise, no music or cooking smells. I can't recommend this highly enough. The walk to the sea is minutes and is situated in the centre just down a little side walk. I think there are about 6 apartments in total there which is nice so not too noisy or hectic. I will definitely be back. You can either book direct through bookin.com or telephone the apartments direct. Maria also arranged transfers to and from the airport.…

We booked Nikis Apartments last minute for a 3 night stay and arrived late on a Friday evening. On arrival Maria met us and showed us to our room which was lovely and spacious - she had even put a carton of juice and a bottle of water in the fridge for us. The rooms are very clean and have great facilities, including a kitchen area, table, dressing table, hairdyer, air con, mosquito repellent device (we didn't get bitten once!)kettle and plenty of storage for clothes. Our room even had a little balcony which got the sun last thing in the day which we would have used more if we were staying longer. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach and in the centre of the town with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Although this is central, there is no noise which is great. On our last day, our flight wasn't until later in the evening and as there was no one coming in after us, Maria kindly let us use the room to get changed in before our flight for no additional cost which was really helpful. The only thing I would probably say could be improved was the mattress as the bed was very hard but we got used to it in the end. For a last minute booking we were over the moon and Maria was so helpful!…

Due to an unexpected aviation strike myself and partner found ourselves looking for some accommodation. It was the end of the season and our hotel was closing and we didn't know how long we were going to have to stay and wait for a flight. Nikis was recommended to us so we went to look. Beautiful little courtyard setting tucked away behind the main street down to the beach. The lady who showed us around was lovely and so helpful. The rooms were full of typical Greek character with shady balconies set in a shady little hideaway. Although flights were unexpectedly reinstated and we didn't actually stay there it will be on my list to visit on my next trip to agios gordios. A real find.
