What a great little hotel. Should be rated as a 4 star. Close to restaurants and cafe's. We stopped there half way through our travels and managed to do laundry at a great place around the corner. We booked a quad for 2 adults and 2 grown teens and found it very spacious compared to some od the places we stayed in Italy. Closet space was a little limited but there was good size dresser and entrance table to place luggage on. The front desk is willing to help with anything and they all speak English. The breakfast included is fantastic and is a combination of western style and Italian. Kitchen staff is ver accomodating.
Good hotel for what I paid.Close to all shops.Very pleasant staff.Good size room and well cleaned. The hotel is near a main road but this was not a problem and I slept very well. Will return here.Thank you.
On the positive side the hotel is centrally located, near to the main shopping area. staff are friendly and helpful. However the hotel is a bit dirty, run down and the decor is of a low standard. The room (at least the one we had) was small and there is a busy road right outside. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
ItalyInn by FCO airport called us early in the morning @5 a.m with Italian spoken English, i told them send email that i have no idea what this Michael said on the phone. Then i went to check my email and guess what: "THEY SAID HOTEL CLOSE AND WE HAVE NO RESERVATION", oh my God, we will be leaving in 2 days, why they bumped us off so late? So, if you have any booking with this lousy hotel/B&B, good luck and hold your breath, hopefully they will redeem what they suposed to. It leaves us a real BAD TASTE about ROME, Italy for not even start our first visit yet? I really hope this will alert people when they book hotels there's no sure thing but only luck... 'BEAWARE ON THIS B&B place calls 'ITALYINN' BY FCO airport.
