Wir sind geschäftlich in diesem Hotel abgestiegen. Alles scheint noch neueren Datums zu sein. Der Empfang war herzlich und warm. Der Aufzug kann nur mit der Zimmerkarte bedient werden. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein grosses Doppelbett und ist auch sonst recht geräumig. TV, Wifi, Kühlschrank und ein schönes Badezimmer ergänzen das Angebot. Es ist sehr ruhig, kein Lärm weder von draussen noch vom Gang dringt ein. Das Frühstück bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl an kalten wie auch warmen Speisen, Konfi und Aufbackbrote. Hier findet sicher jeder und jede etwas. Die Preise bewegen sich im absolut korrekten Rahmen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Was booked into this accommodation for work. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. Probably not the best location. The bar area was good and the staff in the bar were very good. However, my biggest problem is the lack of assistance to people with allergies, myself included. Which really surprised me, I would have thought a hotel so close to the airport and of such a large brand would be better prepared. In the evening on arrival myself and a colleague went to the restaurant and as I have a gluten allergy my colleague in German requested an allergen menu, or asked which items on the menu were safe for me, but the server did not know. They disappeared to the kitchen and came back and pointed only at the salmon, which when it arrived had a “crust” which looked suspiciously like breadcrumbs. I largely stuck to the rice and salad and avoided the salmon. At breakfast, which is a buffet, I was also surprised to find that there was no signage about allergies with any of the items and staff were nowhere to be found to ask. So I stuck to eggs and fruit. Lastly. Two weeks prior to my stay I emailed the email address advertised on the website requesting allergen information in advance so that I could be prepared to try to avoid the above scenarios, I never received a response. On my next business trip to Düsseldorf, I will try to stay elsewhere and would not recommend.…

Hoe is het toch mogelijk dat een nieuw hotel geen enkele oplaadpunt heeft voor elektrische auto’s. Ik begin hiermee want hierdoor had ik er meteen de pest in toen ik aankwam. Helaas, want het hotel is mooi en sfeervol. Zeker een van de mooiere Novotel’s waar ik ooit geweest ben. Mooie ruime kamers. Omdat ik vroeg moest vliegen geen gebruik gemaakt van andere faciliteiten. Hotel muy pasable para pasar una noche de tránsito. Moderno, aunque con moqueta y la ducha bastante mejorable. Salía el agua por la entrada. aparte de eso, nada negativo que reseñar. Nevera, con un agua de bienvenida. Óptimo. 👍

I stayed here for one night. The location is about a 20-30 min walk from the airport terminal or €10 taxi. It’s clearly a new hotel located in a business park with other on going constructions nearby. The room is very modern, clean and relaxing and quiet. There’s almost everything you would expect but I was disappointed that there was no coffee making facility, there is a fridge, large tv, power sockets and USB ports by the bedsides, excellent blackout curtains. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and contemporary but the weird shaped sink has no plug and has been oddly designed like that. The restaurant is spacious however the food menu is very limited with only 4 choices.
