This is a fine, relaxing resort and we had a fantastic time there. The Real Good: First, if you stay at the Ixora, you also get access to the events, stores and facilities of The Grand and The Holiday Inn Resort, and while it may take a little effort to figure out exactly how to get where you want to go, they give you some handy maps and have a full-service buggy to take you wherever you want to go. With beaches, tons of pools, clubs, restaurants, kiddie playgrounds (wet and dry), spas, an arcade and movie theatre, this is a good complex of hotels to spend your time at. As a traveler, I live by one maxim: Happiness is a breakfast buffet. If that's true, the Ixora is nirvana. The breakfast options are varied, a good mix between western and asian flavors. Tons of fruits and baked goods. And they shake it up a little every day, so you can try some different things. I'm too ashamed to admit how much I indulged at breakfast time there, but it was embarrassing because the layout is irresistible and bountiful. The breakfast is dynamite and a great way to start your day at Ixora. The grounds at the Ixora are lovely, well-maintained and designed. We took morning and evening walks through the koi ponds and waterfalls. Very peaceful. The room (a double suite) is spacious enough, but very well-designed. Every room in this hotel has an ocean view, expect for maybe the ground floor. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, and you could not expect better service anywhere. For all that you get, the price is very reasonable.
The Not-As-Good: This is a small thing already remedied by the hotel, but the beach is hit-and-miss. When we went, it was closed and we had to use the beach at the Grand. It's a short walk (5 min) or you can take their little buggy. It's a small thing, but I feel it's worth mentioning, because it is a beach resort, after all. Also, this might be more of a personal thing, but if you go to the main restaurant (Sea Salt) in times other than breakfast, they charge you for distilled water and there isn't table water. It doesn't cost much, but I get a bad feeling when I'm asked to pay for something every other place gives me for nothing. Again, it isn't cost-prohibitive, but just a little weird to me. In addition, the Ixora (as well as the neighboring The Grand and Holiday Inn) are remotely located, so getting to a place to shop locally and meet some regular locals is not very easy. My family and I prefer the getaway resort like Ixora, but if you're looking to immerse yourself into local Vietnamese culture while you vacate, this might not be the place. The Ixora is quiet and relaxing and the environment lends itself more to reading a good book at the pool or napping in the shade than it does dancing the night away. The benefits of staying at the Ixora FAR outweighed the disadvantages. My family loved it here and we would all happily stay there again. (My group was two Westerners, and three Viet people. One child.)

Newly built hotel in Ho Tram but very good customer service. The two bedrooms apartment was clean, spacious view to the sea. The landscape was beautiful. There was a small channel run through the hotel with carps; very good idea. Pool was fantastic, the most beautiful pool at Ho Tram so far. Thank you Dat for keep recommending us local spots around to visit. Will be back for sure !

It is the latest hotel added to the Grand Ho Tram strip which share the same complimentary shuttle bus service. Like the lobby and corridor designed with open air which enable us to enjoy the sea breeze. Room was clean with good layout, kitchenette and balcony. We have few selections for food and entertainment selection (cinema, arcade, bowling) as The Grand is within walking distance or you can take the on demand shuttle service provided by hotel. Breakfast selections and variety is reasonably good. What impressed me most is the attention and initiative taken by the Sea Salt restaurant staff. Upon knowing my vegetarian diet during dinner at the 1st night, effort was made to inform the kitchen to specially prepare a veg breakfast for me. I did not identify my dietary in the next morning when I went for breakfast and yet staff immediately ask what I would like when seated. As I usually do not make special requests and try to make do with whatever is served in breakfast, so imagined how appreciative I am. Kudos to he excellent customer service training and paying attention to details. Overall very impressed by Fusion brand standards.

My family of 8 visits the resort on 22-23-24.09. We stayed in villa # 09 and hotel room 801
In general the resort is same as any other 5* resort in Ho Tram or Mũi Né
+ Villa 3 bedroom is small compare to any other 3 bedroom villa we often stayed like Meliá or Sanctuary
+ Facilities are ok, but I think the owner or investor try to take every penny of their guests. Kid clubs normally free at most of the hotel and resorts that we had been traveled for over 10 years in Vietnam and Asia. But at Ixora Ho Tram , they will charge you for 100,000 vnđ/kid for 1 hr. It’s not about little money at the end, it’s about experience at the end. I totally disappointed by the way the resort treat it guests.
I hope the resort can make a profit and success at the end but with the way they run like now. Good luck
This will be our first and last visit to this resort.

One of the best hotel rooms in Ho Tram. Spectacular view from the bed and decoration is nice. Facilities are new and clean. The staffs were very helpful too, especially Mr.Long from FO who supportively assisted us during our stay.
