Beach view resort . 5 step. From beach.there are 6 beach view wooden cottages.others are good.the main point is that if you want to enjoy many rides likely kayaking .marin dolphin boating and many other activity on this palolem beach.we dtayed for two night.staff are kindly and helpful .nearest places are butterfly beach ,honeymoonbeach turtle point.the dudhsagar waterfall one hour by car.foreigners like this palolem beach snd cocos cottages. Candle. Light dinner is awasome Cottages are clean .Manager abhijit is very helpful.thanks cocos

Cocos has very basic amenities available such as decent WiFi, the size is OK, the ac works and the bed was comfortable enough. It is also in a handy location to some other good bars and restaurants. It is also very convenient for the beach. Some of the staff were also on hand during the day to help set up sun loungers. However, it is worth noting that the facilities are basic at best and we had a "superior suite". There is no hot water available and the huts did not seem to cleaned professionally between guests. Some of the huts are also not sea view facing and are instead positioned in the restaurant itself. The service overall we found disappointing. A number of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional at a series of points, such as very loud music being played late at night on more than one ocassion. We asked them to turn it down several times and they ignored our requests and were rude and dismissive. In general there was an unwillingness to be hospitable and helpful - the staff do not seem to prioritise guests.…

Having stayed in multiple beach front properties I Palolem, I can very confidently pick this one as the best amongst all. First thing first, If you have luxury, quick service and corporate style professionalism as expectations please steer clear of beach huts and book yourself a room at Sarovar in the Palolem main road. So why do I say cocos is the best beach hut in this stretch? Thoughtful design of the huts is the answer. When you are offering just the basics, you really need to get it right and cocos does it with perfection. Few things to be highlighted which I missed hugely in other more expensive beach huts are 1. Tinted glasses allowing you to see everything outside but still offering tremendous privacy. 2. White interiors which makes the hut look big, bright and clean and also uplifts your mood every time you enter the hut. 3. Bright lighting -not a big fan of bright lights myself but I felt it’s essential in a beach hut because though they are located right on the sunny beach there isn’t really a lot of natural light coming in the huts and bright lighting helps a lot. 4. Washrooms - big area and excellent water pressure, airy and brightly lit, not dingy and musty. Clear separation of toilet and the shower area helps keep things dry. Great selection of toiletries. Instant hot water. 5. Multiple charging points in the hut - a must for this day and age when collectively as a family we carry minimum 4-5 gadgets that require regular charging. 6. Very comfortable king size bed still leaving a lot of space in the hut to move around. The car parking is the only downside honestly but that’s true for all beach huts in this stretch. This will be my first choice in Palolem.…

Stayed at cocos beach resort for 2 nights with my family... And had 5 rooms booked. They had the worst service, and very rude staff. They over charged and added extra items on all our bills... They cancelled our reservation on booking. Com after we stayed there to keep the commission... They play the worst music and very loud. One of the nights we stayed here all the staff were drunk and they yelled at us to keep their music on when all the guests staying with them wanted silence.
