Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes à loger dans cet hôtel. Nous arrivons un peu tard à l’hôtel et nous décidons donc d’y manger. Lorsque nous demandons à une personne de l’hôtel elle nous dit que la nourriture sera prête d’ici 30/45 min. SURPRISE ! Nous avons attendu au moins 2h avant d’être servi et en plus de ça la nourriture laissait à désirée… le gérant n’a rien voulu entendre et n’a pas même pas voulu nous réduire la facture de plus de 5%.

This is a great value hotel. The rooms are moderately sized but big enough and everything is modern and very clean.
The owners gave us a lovely welcome and were very helpful about many things, including advice on things to see in Colombo.
The rooftop terrace is wonderful and this is where they serve a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Many options were available and service was warm and friendly.
The views from the terrace are great and there is also a games area up there, which is very thoughtful! My daughter's boyfriend enjoyed a few games of darts!
Overall, I would very much recommend this hotel for a very friendly and comfortable stay, at a great price.

Newly renovated rooms. The interior was clean and tiedy. Service was really good nice staff.
A decent stay for really good price compared to other hotels around the area. The location makes it really worth the stay. You could visit anywhere in colombo within 30 minutes. Ideal for business trips.

Rooms are clean, but the most of what they say in their Property info are untrue. Iwas old 3.9 KM to Sugathdasa Stadium, but came out more than 10 KM....., They call Club sanwich with chiken, could not find any chiken their. Had to to Paid Rs 1600

We stayed at The Den 23 for one night. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The views from the rooftop cafe/restaurant and terrace were amazing, you can see the whole of Colombo!
When we arrived we were greeted by Felix who was an
AMAZING host. He gave us a full tour of the property and advising us about attractions in Colombo and style rest of Sri Lanka. No request was too much for Felix, he was truly amazing. After we had checked out of our room, one of us started feeling ill and Felix without hesitation gave us a room to use to recover for the whole day!
The location is great and we felt very safe and secure.
Would definitely recommend to other travellers and we will be staying with Felix again in the future!
