I was waiting in the lobby for my car then theres one staff from Morocco his nanme amine he was really weird has bad attitud and racism with the guests and he told us that its not alot to wait ur car in the lobby , i explained to him that im just waiting my car but he showting to me really that it’s not respectful at all , he need more training to how to talk with the guest . I stop this think’s here but next time i will complain to the ministry of tourism. But everything it was good except him. Even the security they was really nice and more understanding.
I had booked Hotel Al Mansour Park Inn on Al Sahib Bin Abbad Street, for 19 Feb 22, through Discover Qatar for 2 days' mandatory quarantine in Doha. On arrival at hotel reception in designated time at 3 o'clock morning on 19 Feb, the receptionist informed that rooms are not available and would be free in the morning by 1100 h, at best. He said the check in starts only at 2 o'clock in afternoon and they do not have rooms now. There were people standing before me as well as at least 6 more people came after me. I was told to wait sitting on a sofa in a place in the hotel. Others were told the same. Finally, I got a room allotted to me at 1100 hrs after a wait of 8 hrs. Later, in the morning, the receptionist told me that previous night there were about 15 people waiting like this and it is happening every day. This is a breach of trust in the process of my booking through Discover Qatar. Further, during the 2 days' stay, the hotel services were unhygenic, with a bath robe given in place of towel, mosquitoes and fly and no hangar to hang clothes, to mention a few. The wifi connectivity was poor and broke when shifting from living area to bed room. And before leaving the Reception, the security person asked to wait for papers and fill the online hotel review in that time. When I said I will review after reaching back home, he gave me the quarantine release paper immediately. The hotel staff from Manager to Housekeeping seemed well aware of all this but all were totally disinterested and uncaring.…
I was in quarantine room. The check in process went very smooth and quick. Room was nice and clean. The reception team was very fast in helping for any of my requests. I want to Thank as well to to housekeeping team as well to make the place feel like a home.
My 1st n last visit here not recomended!!! We check in as couple here to spend time room is big but no towels n room amenities since we enter than we call reception to provide 2 towels as we are 2 adult but they provide 1 towel and in the morning i ask again for another towel as we are 2 guest inside but unfortunately after few minutes hk keep knocking the door to take the other towel! Like Seriously?!!!! They couldnt wait for check out to take the dirty towel?!!! They dont check thier system how manny guest and if its for leisure or quarantine!!!
I had a very nice apartment that had a full kitchen and all the appliances I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property! They have 2 different bars where you can enjoy a drink. Conveniently there was a supermarket located right on the doorstep so we found this perfect. My wife also enjoy some time at the beauty spa as well.
