Hiding up a side street without the help of a local we would not found it
It had a parking area concealed by hanging rope .. Strange
Once we found the entrance we were ok
The meeter and greeter was not overly enthusiastic in his welcome but you get that!
The room was clean and very neat
The goodies included an array of body washes and condoms
Could this be a Love Hotel?
The bed and pillows were rock hard but had nice sheets with the pillow cases embroidered with the hotels name..

Stayed here two nights for a business trip. At first, it was very difficult to find this hotel, as the name of the hotel is not obvious to see. The building has a theme of concrete modern and urban style. And the "concrete" theme definitely lasted throughout the entire hotel.
The room had a full bed and the mattress was quite comfortable. The floor was cement. The walls were cement. But the biggest problem I had was the lighting. It was basically very dark in the entire room. It did not have a proper desk, so I'm not sure if this is the best business style hotel. It said free wifi, but the best signal I got was from outside on the network "Iptime". It included normal amenities: stand-up shower, soaps, hair dryer, in-room fridge, which included some drinks, but I did not take any because I was not sure if it was free or I had to pay. I should have asked.
The room had a computer with internet access in the corner, also a big screen HDTV with some cable channels (but no English channels); and nice modern-looking glass doors to the shower and toilets.
The only odd thing about this hotel was that included in my amenities bag was a set of condoms. Quite strange. I quickly realized that this hotel was one that had a certain "clientele". I came in once late at night and saw some clients that looked of the nature that is for hire, if you know what I mean. Now, I see why the interior is rather dark.
If you don't mind all that, this is a decent hotel: clean, modern, and sophisticated.
I give it 3 star because of the darkness and the clientele and my room was also right outside the window of a construction site which was quite noisy during the day; so my nap I needed for jet lag was rather disturbed.
