As a Hotel i do not advice anyone to go there. We got a room supposed to be a "suite". When we arrived, the refrigerator was messy with pepsi spilled all over it + some old food still there from i guess more than 2 weeks .... the bathroom was dirty. We went to the bedroom and it was a disaster: the sheets were not clean at all with blood staining them, hair everywhere + some kind of particules that looked like dead skin.when we called room service and asked for new sheets the answer was "we don't have sorry." Eventhough i was very patient and waited 2hours for a solution i finally asked for a refund. The employees started blaming each other in order to cover up their mess. One of them nagged about having to wake up the second day at 7 am and claimed that we are bothering him (for doing his room service job!!!!!). The enployee that was responsible for our refund arrived 2 hours later (we waited for him from 12:30 am till 2:45 am). He was angry and denied the facts and he was so sure the room was perfectly clean that he yell at us. After we took him to the room and shown him the catastrophy he looked stunned as if he didn't know. This clearly shows lack of communication and coordination between the staff. Finally I got my refund and actually preferred to sleep in my car than in this garbish hotel…

In think it's a motel rather than a hotel...it has fair rooms not too modern...they look old...rooms are not too neat...friendly staff...quiet and peaceful place...a lovely Lebanese restaurant is available there...

They are the best in Zahleh - Bardawni, but honestly I wasn't impressed. Clean food but average quality. Friendly staff but trying to serve us quickly in order to get new clients. Comparing to my last visit from several years to this restaurant I give the whole Bardawni area up to three stars.

We experienced today the worst lunch and service ever!!! Bad food and unacceptable taste..rude staff and not friendly at all!!! The shisha was a disaster..despite these inconvenients, their charges were expensive..we only enjoyed the location and the light cola!!! Highly not recommended for lunch/dinner..just pass by to take pix!

Dommage de mettre cette note mais la structure de l'établissement laisse à désirer : pas d'eau dans les toilettes avant d'aller au restaurant, chasse d'eau bloquée alors que paradoxalement un courant d'eau coule à travers le restaurant... Le restaurant est agréable, il est au milieu de la verdure, on entend le murmure de l'eau qui coule en cascade à travers la salle mais c'est franchement dommage que les parties communes soient aussi mal entretenues alors qu'il y tellement de personnel qui ne fait pas grand chose à part regarder les gens déjeuner...paradoxe, paradoxe...
