We stayed at this place for 3 days visiting in a group of 6 adults and 3 children. The property is located on a beach and is very beautiful. The restaurant was good and satisfactorily fast in service. Although the restaurant was not managed by the owner and some third party vendor and so they were not professional. A little too informal I would say but nothing to get uncomfortable by. The resort staff was a mix but gave a feel that they had not worked in hospitality industry before. Infact there was a particular incident in which I rented a bike and parked in the resort parking. After a couple of hours when I went there the bike was not there. I waited for 10-15 mins but the reception was not taking it very seriously. Apparently the rent guy took the bike back to his stand without informing me. The keys were still with me. In the hustle and bustle there was a couple which later told me that they are the owners of the property and these things happen. It was brushed off so lightly that nothing has happened. I just wonder if the bike would have actually been robbed or lifted, would these people still be so light about it. All in all, if all the property itself is very good location wise n all, it’s just the staff part they need to work on. Me personally would not like to stay there again.…

Nice and comfortable Stay place in South Goa. Small but clean and pleasant property right touching the beautiful Agonda Beach. Staff if great and service is fine. Highlight is nice beach restaurant serving some exquisite dishes. Regular Live music sessions in the afternoon. Unlike North Goa the Agonda beach is less crowded, cleaner and no noisy. Several other eating options around. The only downside was that there were some issues of Hot Water availability which may be due to Solar Heater System, but when very good premium is charged in the Room tariff then expect to have electric heater back up available. This should be improved. Nothing else to complain. Recommended for Good Comfortable Beach Stay. Tip: Must Visit places, Cabo de Rama Fort and Cola Beach. Specially Kayaking activity in Cola beach is Fun. There are no water sports activity on Agonda Beach only Boating and Kayaking. …

My family spent two weeks staying in Agonda, not at Shell, but we did spend most days at the restaurant/bar during the day. The staff were so lovely and very attentive, helping the elderly members of my family getting around as they struggled sometimes. Really lovely guys and we would definitely return. They also made good cocktails!

During our stay at Goa, we happened to have lunch for two days at Agonda Shell restaurant. The staff were friendly and food was really good. I would suggest a better place for cocktails but the person at the bar can make great cocktails out of the menu according to your taste.

I had visited this resort on November month of 2022. Stay was good and staffs were friendly. Resort is located near the beach, so enjoyed the clean and calm Agonda beach. Food was good, but little expensive. There is no intercom facility, so if you need anything you have to run to the help desk which is near the entrance. I also faced couple of times power outages and DG backup was not working at that time. I went with my 1.5 year old baby, so hot water was the concern as I was not getting it properly in the bathroom.
