This is a family hotel,but they are extremely professional. The hotel is located at a small hill but just steps from the lake. Nice views of lake from some rooms and dining area. The owner is absolutely the best gentleman I ever met. He even let me use the room until 3 PM before I board Sapa Expres bus back to Hanoi. Not only that, he asks the staff to prepare egg sandwich for lunch while I am travelling on the bus. The room is classic and huge, the bed is moderate,remember that this is not Hilton, the only minus is the bathroom, not too bright. Be careful if you have vision problems. Even this is a family hotel,but they have lift up to fifth floor. The breakfast is superb, freshly cooked and the items are complete. Really enjoy the breakfast in outside sitting with Sapa cool morning breeze. Highly recommended to stay here while you have the chance to visit Sapa. Call the owner, he is the most kind and helpful guy. PS: walking to Sapa church and the central is just 5-7 minutes.…

If you want a nice quiet little place to stay in, this is an excellent choice! Very clean and tidy and in a great location, just a short walk to everything you need! What made this place even more special was the exceptional service from all the staff…we really felt like we were at home and looked after for all our needs! Breakfast is outstanding with plenty of choice for everyone and the wonderful Mr Kim always seems to be around, checking with us if everything is ok and making sure we knew how to get around. He even helped organise a walking trek for us with a local guide and this turned out to be a truly magical experience! So don’t waste your money or time staying in the more expensive places…this House is really the Queen of the Mountain!

My friend and I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located a little on the hill, so It has a nice view to the lake of Sapa. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. I asked the manager for a tour to the rice fields and 15 minutes later we were already on the way! They let us use the room till 4pm, without paying extra! 100% recommendation!!

Stayed here with family. Hotel is basic but very clean, large rooms, with comfortable beds and strong Wifi, good hot water supply & good AC - what one really needs after a long outing around Sapa! Breakfast was nice, they have hot cooked meals upon request, quite delish! But what blew me away was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff - they go out of their way to take care of their guests. One example is upon our departure, knowing we have a long journey back to Hanoi, and that we didn't have time for lunch, they packed us some banh mi - small gestures that goes a long way. Note that they seemed to be closed over lunch, so if you are planning to check in around lunch time, better make prior arrangements! Also, they overlook a school, so if the sound of children laughing as they go to school (or dismiss from school) is too noisy, then this may not be the place to stay at in Sapa! :-)…

The welcome by the manager, Mr Kim and the attention of each member of staff. The large bedroom, its balcony with view on the lake. The perfect bathroom... that changes here! The breakfast buffet, plentiful, good, without mess. The attention of Mr Kim, who had a snack prepared for our return trip to Hanoi.
