Excellent Manager and staff and all levels of service and care while the hotel is clean inside and out, a very good experience, every time! My stay is for business and to visit family both, all my needs and expectations of the hotel are met here for me/us, thoroughly!
Short vacation that was very enjoyable with friendly staff and accommodating restaurants near by. Hotel was clean and accessible amenities. We were able to explore what’s around the area for our 2 days, 1 night.
Stayed here one night. First impression was the elevator, which needed to be cleaned/vacuumed. Room was fine, bathroom needed deep cleaning. Other than that, it was an easy check in/out. Easy parking, quiet atmosphere (for being next to a "fun park", and the breakfast has more choices than I expected.
If you're an elite Wyndham member beware. Your loyalty to Wyndham is not appreciated at this establishment. Your business is not appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere. As an elite diamond member, I inquired about suite availability and was basicaly told my points stay was not good enough for a suite. The reception didn't even check for availability. I was so shocked it took me a few minutes to recover. I didn't want to stay somewhere my loyalty was not value. I left. I went somewhere else. For non Wyndham members just imagine if they treat a loyal guest like this, how would they treat you.
Nice accommodations and comfortable beds! Breakfast is very good with great varieties. The only grievance is the noice caused by the dog barking living next door! I hope this issue should be resolved and treated seriously. If not, I will not return to stay at this hotel again.
