This place is only for people who want to live in the park all year round. Anyone who is on vacation looking to stay 1-5 days is not welcome. After staying in places all around the country in our family RV, this was the most unwelcome place we have ever been to. Trust me, find somewhere else!!!

We have always stayed at The Flying Saucer while in the Denver area, as a matter of fact this is our third stay here. Bonnie takes care of managing a very secure and quite RV Park and I know that can be crazy at times but she knows what she is doing. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and our lil doggies loved the shaded walk area.

If you have an RV and want to stay in Denver at a reasonable price, you have two choices, here or down the street at South Park Mobile Home and RV Park. South Park used to be a "no-brainer", but not any more. They have horrible management and their prices have gone sky-high. The Flying Saucer is just as private, just as good, actually closer to stores, bike trails, golf, etc. and you don't have to worry so much about getting robbed, or having your RV broken into. This place is now the "no-brainer"...

For the past few yers, South Park Mobile Home and RV Park was THE place to go to enjoy a nice and quiet time close to the city. But, now the tables have turned. South Park won't answer their phone, their office is never open and their management is letting the place go to seed. The permanent folks are grouchy and angry and it's just awful staying there! Conversely, this place had a unsavory reputation and nickname that they no longer deserve. They've really taken a turn for the better and it's becoming quite nice in here!

Having read all the review before we were a bit hesitant to rent a space for our couch at flying saucer. But after arriving and meeting the staff we were pleasantly surprised. In fact we have stayed from December to currently still here and enjoying the spring time. The river is right next to the park and there is a great dog area that is super clean and safe at all times. There is a difference from the easy side of the park to the west. Seems like the west offers bigger lots, lighted path ways and more privacy. We have a 45 foot coach and we love our spot. It has grass, trees and seasonal flower beds as well. Bonnie is actually the lady whom runs the show and she has a dry sense of humor. Maybe some people take her the wrong way but we enjoy how she run the park. Keeping a clean, quite park can't be easy but she does a great job. The maintenance guy is also such a help when parking and overseeing during the day if anything comes up. It's more of a park for long term people but has amenities for short term trackers as well. …
