Manager’s both lied and said that my youngest told them that were weren’t ganna leave that they had to evict us but my youngest son was sleeping and remained inside the whole time people are also very noisy in this area and there parking lot is very broken with nothing but cigarette buds the rooms are messed up Poor pipes shower sometimes shut off randomly and there dog barks and barks all night long and they don’t do anything about it even if there awake they just let the dog bark like a crazy unstable animal

My guy and I were on the streets, the cold wind was blowing out first snow storm of 2019 in to the city of Lakewood. We stopped at the Golden Hours to see if they had a room, and indeed they did. We didn't have quite enough, but the lady who helped us, REALLY helped us by working with what we had cash wise. We may have only been $10-20 short, but anywhere else, they would have turned us away. I am eternally grateful for the chance they gave us, to get out of the cold that night. I would stay there anytime. The room was clean, and we were very comfortable. Thank you again for letting us slide on a few bucks. It meant the world to my guy and I.

I just wanted to say for my experience at the golden hours motel and Lakewood Golden Colorado off of Colfax and quail they were very rude and disrespectful on customer-friendly and their parking lot was trashed cigarette buds needles all trash the other customers were rude trashy the rooms we're horribly conditioned and the rooms were horribly disgusting an unlivable I would not recommend staying here!

I saw a review online about the golden hours Motel from a Frank somebody, and I have got to say I don't know what this fool is talking about he may just be a disgruntled person that owes the hotel rent. I have stayed at the golden hours Motel several times over the past few years and the rooms are by far the cleanest of any of the hotels in the area, and like any hotel they have daily housekeeping. Once when I stayed there, I had returned back to my room around dinner time after work and was hungry with no money didn't know how I was going to eat dinner. As always, God knew this and the managers who had barbequed that evening, brought me down a plate of food. The managers mr. And mrs. Lee I believe that are the owners of the property are by far the most nicest cordial professional people that I've dealt with at any of the motels on the Colfax strip. There are a couple of times when I stayed at the golden hours Motel, when the managers were not available, but they always have a sign on the door of where to go for assistance. There is a lady in Room 101 that does assist with the property at times I guess she is a little Stern and straightforward she's all business but never had a problem with her, and she has always assisted me with any of my needs in a timely fashion. Other than that I will stay there every time I come to town I do travel a lot and as far as the children running around I never saw children around I have heard them screaming and hollering but kids will be kids. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially any businesses that need a place for their employees to stay while in Denver for work.…

As expensive as it in colorado I give them a five star for their commitment to ensure proper sevice. Even the hyatt regency denver tech center could learn something from them! Although no onsite restaurant, there are a pluthera of places to eat within walking distance including a major grocer across the way. Thanks for the great service!
