Worse Motel in Lakewood Colorado! BEWARE
Coming to Colorado was suppose to be a great experience, being it my very first time in the beautiful Rockies. Unfortunately, the motel I chose due to the price was very disturbing. The rooms were filthy, shower drains clogged, broken AC, mold infested walls and cabinets,,and no room service whatsoever such as clean sheets, toilet paper, or towels. The landlord is too busy being nosey, telling lies about her tenants to others, riding around telling guests to stay in their rooms like a "correctional officer". Instead of keeping her word and getting maintenance problems fixed. Sheri pretends to be sincere and put on this facade. The business owner needs to learn how to run a business properly with respect and honesty. Staying in a motel on summer vacation is for the purpose to relax, enjoy, and get away from our regular routine. The majority of tenants are parolees fresh from prison and have leg monitors on. Their friends and families come to visit and she rudely tells them to get off her property. The woman is running a shady business only accepting cash without receipts and sneaking into the rooms when the occupants are not there. This was definitely the worse stay and experience ever. A true landlord will respect her tenants, treat them as guests, and never steal from them. I saw this numerous times. When a tenant is unable to pay she sends her two goons she calls managers to clear the room. They keep anything of value for themselves and throw everything else in the dumpster. Most of those occupants were short a few dollars and the prices are being jacked up unexpectedly. She immediately forces them off the property, threats to call the police, and keeps their things for herself or throws it in the dumpster. No one should ever treat a guest this way. It broke my heart to see a 62 year old crippled Veteran thrown out and not giving him a chance to get his things bc he does not own a vehicle. She blatantly lied to his face and said she would put his belongings in storage for 30 days. His belongings were in the dumpster the following day. I advise anyone to go pay a little extra and go to an established motel. I give this place negative stars.…

Not recommended
Just wanted a regular stay and found this Motel. Probably should have found another place as service really wasn´t up to any standard. Room didn´t seem properly made up and for a non-smoker, tobacco smoke still clinging to the room is easily detected. A box tucked away at the corner of the building was clearly a rodent trap. At check-out, some rates on the bill were not as advertised - so any tipping was not included by this dissatisfied customer.
