BEWARE’!!
I previously wrote a review about my recent stay but failed to include the illegal activity on the part of management at the hotel. They made keys to my room when I was off the premises and allowed the theft of numerous articles of clothing as well as fear and trauma to my dogs. They refused to provide me with a record of my key activity for fear of incrimination. STAY AWAY!

Horrifying!! Staff thinks they have the right to enter room while guest is unclothed!!!
Hotel management & maintenance staff carelessly & casually violate guest rights to privacy. A maintenance worker tried to force entry into my wife's room while she was showering & completely unclothed due, ostensibly, to a leak coming through the ceiling in the room below. She told him she needed 15 minutes to get dressed but despite her protestations, he unlocked the door and tried to enter. Only the emergency door stop prevented him from opening the door fully and entering the room. The hotel management (Scott Robinson) seemed to be delusional enough to think entry was within their rights, did not apologize to my wife, and would do no more than give us a phone number for their corporate guest relations. It took me an hour on hold to speak to guest relations, and they opened a case, which was absurdly forwarded back to the same hotel management for review. They had no capacity or willingness to escalate further!!! ​ STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!…

You get what you pay for...
On the outside it is a nice looking building. The front desk and hotel employees are helpful and hard-working for the most part. There is a set of vending machines on the 1st floor along with a small workout room and laundry. The hotel itself? The thinnest walls and floors I've ever encountered in a hotel... Because the hotel accepts pets having large dogs barking or running around, above or next door is nerve-wracking. It isn't so much that people were being loud, it's simply a poorly constructed building with apparently low-grade soundproofing. I don't think we had more than one night of good sleep with all of the noise (we finally invested in earplugs). Despite the hotel having a 'Quiet Time' period starting at 9pm this does little to lower the disturbing noise level simply from playing your TV at reasonable level, the dog scurrying shiver us and/or talking normally in your room. Our room reminded us of a dorm: kitchette area (you pay extra if the room comes with dishes, cookware, dish towels and eating utensils- we didn't get that option), open area to hang up clothes, dresser with 2 drawers, small desk area with a chair, microwave, fridge and decent sized bathroom. Wi-fi is free but it isn't very robust... The large screen TV is great (I used my Netflix account on it during our stay) with quite a lot of premium channels. The rooms are cleaned once every other week although in our room the floor wasn't swept (vinyl flooring) and the tub still had a ring around it after they cleaned it. Replacing the towels is also once a week (you pay extra for changing them early) and the towels are very thin and scratchy. If you need an ironing board & iron you can rent one and the laundry room is open 24 hours along with the workout room. I read a few reviews about meals being provided by the hotel... That's absolutely incorrect. There are options in the area for grocery shopping and dining. If not for the noise level and inadequate housekeeping even the one time we had it out rating would have been higher however not being able to sleep is huge negative along with a dirty tub.…
