Short Trip To Phú Quốc Island

I have 3 nights stay at Holiday Infinity Phu Quoc Hotel. Thank you for giving me a good time stay here and supporting me to check out 1 hour late. Conceirge department has very good service for customers are better than the Front Office. They know how to solve the problem for me to go to Vinwonder and I am most impressed with Duy and Thuc, they are also the drivers who bring guests to the amusement parks, chat and have fun along the way.

Brand new resort, fantastic staff all around and great food

We stayed here for 2 nights in Dec 2022 having walked off the streets of Grand World to enquire about room availability. We were told this 921 room resort was brand new and not yet opened to the general public, but by pure luck we were able to score a room and participate in their soft opening. Everything was fantastic! From the staff in reception to the staff in the two restaurants to the lovely ladies in the kids club, everyone always greeted us nicely and made an effort to accomodate to any request we made. The hallways still had the fresh paint smell. We stayed in the standard room which was on the smaller side but was modern, spotless, had a ceiling fan, empty bar fridge, safe, hair dryer, 2 complimentary bottles of water daily and thongs. We liked having a speaker in the bathroom playing soft music. We would have liked a few more power points available around the room, a place to hang wet clothes and hair conditioner in the bathroom. Resort pool was clean and blue beach towels are available to guests of the resort. Outside the pool area are playground equipments for kids to enjoy we we thought was great! The kids club is free for guests and is open from 7am to 9pm daily (note: any paint work will attract a charge which they can advise you at the time). The buffet breakfast wasn’t operational during our stay most likely due to lack of guests during its soft opening. We were handed a menu list which we could have unlimited quantities for breakfast. We tried a few dishes and enjoyed them all, so we can’t wait to enjoy the buffet breakfast on our next visit. We only tried a cheese pizza and the chocolate dessert cake in the other restaurant which were both good. There is a beach which is about 3 mins walk from the resort (or you can ask the resort shuttle to take you there); beautiful and clean beach with warm waters. The other factor we chose this resort was that it is walking distance to Grand World: far enough from all the noise and hustle bustle but close enough to enjoy the convenience of the restaurants, free shows, massage parlours etc. We still remember the friendly faces of everyone there and look forward to visiting Holidays Infinity on our next visit to Phu Quoc.…
