The hotel scored highly on housekeeping. Linen was changed every day and the room cleaned to satsifaction. Customer care was good and the receptionist was good at her job. Downside was their breakfast choice which scored average in all aspects though management promised to work on the issue and improve. The internet wifi was real good and worked even within the room. The hill view rooms are better so that less noise is experienced by guest.
Worst Customer Care Service Especially the Lady at the Reception who is so full of herself with Zero Training in The Hospitality industry. I stayed here last year the staff was Much Better and the Hotel was Brand New.
