Very poor indeed. The hotel closed shortly before my trip, but they did not advise me of this until I queried it repeatedly, so they only gave 3 days' notice. No reason was given for the cancellation. So far no help has been offered in finding alternative accommodation for me. Very poor service, and has caused a lot of stress and will leave me and my friends out of pocket. I would advise to avoid this place at all costs.

Ho prenotato quasi 5 mesi fa tramite Booking 6 camere per settembre 2023, ieri ho ricevuto una mail che la struttura ha cancellato le mie prenotazioni. Nessun messaggio, nessuna spiegazione, ho scritto ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Ora ho dovuto trovare un’altra struttura ma ovviamente i prezzi sono cambiati, chi me la paga la differenza? Organizzare per 12 persone non è facile e mi hanno messa in seria difficoltà.

Ho prenotato questo albergo a dicembre tramite booking. Ottimo prezzo. Due giorni prima della partenza li contatto per comunicare l’ora del check in. Un addetto mi avvisa che l’albergo sta chiudendo. Così con poco preavviso ho dovuto ovviamente ripiegare su alberghi incredibilmente più costosi, e cosa sarebbe successo se non avessi scritto io e mi fosse presentata di notte per trovare l’hotel chiuso? Vergognoso di non aver avvisato i clienti per tempo.

Hotel fica em frente a uma estação de metrô que chega rápido a Manhattan. Quarto simples mas confortável, cama boa, chuveiro quentinho e fomos bem atendidos. Guardaram nossa mala antes do check in e depois do checkout. Tranquila nossa hospedagem!

Bad experience, it’s like a prison, they even remind you to checkout one hour before the checkout time, they take cash as deposit and good luck finding the receptionist to get back… +the attitude. The online booking was over priced, I paid 320$ and the day after it was only 89$z

It saddens us to hear that we failed to meet your expectations and you found your stay unsatisfactory. Please accept our apologies for any issues you had with your room; we will address the concerns you raised with our team and work together on making improvements. I am also displeased to hear that anyone was treated in a rude or unprofessional manner at this property. I do thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and I assure you that this is not the standard that we hold our staff too. We will be correcting this issue for improved convenience in future visits.
