Great experience

Everything of the hotel was of top notch .The cleaning and service was very nice and its budget friendly package also . I recommend you to plz go to this hotel if you visit jabalpur and want a comfortable stay in budget

OYO hotel Neelkanth 37676, unfriendly stuff

Positive points, 1. Attend immediately, we reach there at 5am, allocate room immediately. 2. Room specious, and clean Negative points 1. Staff not friendly, rudely behaved, it was asked for booking of cab for dhundhar falls and bheda ghat, which they not helped, even one person of this hotel also travelling to the same destination which they have not informed us for sharing. 2. Hotel management not confirmed for early check in so we book hotel for two days, we stay only 12 hrs. and found many rooms were vacant on that day, so we had paid for two days unnecessarily. 3. Food quality not good, over priced. 4. Bathroom very narrow. We booked this hotel by calling OYO customer care, for 2 days, as they not given conformation for early check in, we have very short time in hand (12 hrs) reach at hotel 5am, in early morning and left by 6pm. In morning when we reach hotel we felt sleepy at that moment hotel receptionist asked for full payment, any way we reach at room and take a rest, at 8am we prepare for bhedaghat and dhunadhar falls, and asked to book a cab (previously we had talk with hotel management for cab and they agreed to provide), initially they said cab is coming (Nano) 1800 Rs will be the cost, after one hour they said cab not available not mention any reason, on our request they said ok one 6 seater cab available for 3000 Rs. Their attitude is not helping at all, don’t expect any help from them. By that time they book another cab for one other resident of hotel for same location, but not inform us to share it, any how we manage to book one cab (swift, 1200 RS only) from road to complete our trip…
