Worst place I have ever stayed

Room was filthy, stinky, garbage left in bathroom upon check in, phone didn’t work, TV didn’t work, small holes in walls.Had to pay a deposit on the rooms incase of damage... so much stuff already damaged in the room I don’t know how they can even charge a deposit! Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and ended up leaving after first night. Tried to get refund on second night and they wouldn’t do it, tried to get at least partial refund on the room with broken TV and management wouldn’t do that either. We let the office staff know the tv wasn’t working and they said there was no one there to fix it, we would have to wait until the next morning, no one ever came to look at it. This room was inexpensive and I realize you get what you pay for but this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed!…

Great place to stay

I was in town on a business trip and stayed at the Sunnyside Inn Suites, staff was very friendly,room was very clean. A house keeper by the name Liz made sure I had everything, towels etc. Very professional which is a must in customer service thanks for all you do I'll definitely be back, great place to stay for the money.

Worst managers, staff steals your belongings.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First off the management is the worst I have ever come across. I usually don't write reviews but this was beyond belief. The managers (Crystal especially) were rude, inappropriate, ill-mannered, and had 0 hospitality. They cussed me and my family out after I confronted them about an issue. Second of all, the days that I stayed at the hotel I got no room service, however as soon as I left the hotel they would come in without permission. Many times I would arrive back to the hotel and find my bags opened and searched, on top of it all items were missing. When I went to discuss this issue with the managers they simply said I did not have a "do not disturb" sign on my door (one that they did not provide). I tried to be polite but instead I got F-words thrown my way. I then asked to speak to the general manager or owner, in reply I got "No, please leave the property". It is safe to say I will never be staying there again and I highly recommend anyone to pay a little extra and stay in Clarion just across the street. Sunnyside Inn and Suites may be cheap but in the end when you add up all the items stolen and the charges they will add it will turn out to be one expensive and stressful stay.…

Horrific stay

During my 4 night stay at this sub-par hotel I had the unpleasant displeasure to meet the general manager Crystal, an unkempt, uneducated woman who had the temperament and attitude of a 15 year old girl. I had accidentally gotten some grease from my dinner in a sheet, which served as the comforter and on a hand towel. I was able to wash these stains out myself. The young girl Amanda, a late teen going on 40 who must know it all,then found another sheet with pen markings on it. This mouthy girl had the audacity to say I had tried to "hide" this sheet in an accusatory tone while pointing her finger flamboyantly. Not only did I not try to hide this sheet but I did not think it was even a concern. The GM crystal decided that I had an attitude and she was consequently holding my entire $250 deposit. Over a sheet and a towel. Now I'm not high class by any means but I have never paid more than $10 for a towel and $60 for a set of sheets. When this crude example for a woman refused to return my calls I was forced to persue an alternate pathway to obtain my money. Law enforcement advised I go on the better business bureau and find someone with a brain who was higher up than her. This led me to the Spivak family, all owners of the business. They offered nothing more than to suggest I file a complaint that may in the future lead to her receiving scrutiny in an employee review. HOW ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS IS THIS BUSINESS?! To take a persons $250 over some markings on a sheet?? This is absolute blasphemy and I suggest you do not waste your time staying at such a dump. They line of command is supposed to lead to more intelligent and better mannered persons but not at the sunnyside inn and suites. It appears they framed me and reported stained sheets I had not even seen and certainly did not come from my room. From the unfriendly staff to the immature general manager who thinks she can play god with people's money, this place might as well be run by apes. I will boycott this business based off of a moral standpoint alone and advise all other potential customers to do the same. You can't trust your money in the hands of children.…

Low service

Low rate, low service. Next to the high way, you can’t get a good sleep, the window doesn’t block the noise, you can hear the noise all night. The bed isn’t white and clean, you might think do they use second hand sheet, pillow, blanket...Anyway, you can see they are trying to cost down at everywhere.
