The on line site said pet friendly. They are not. The room was a scene from a horror movie. Pubic hairs on toilet, excrement stains on bathroom walls, cabinet doors off hinges, dirt and stains everywhere. Dirty dishes and microwave. Door jam was obviously ripped off wall at one time and put back so poorly the door was unsafe. Dirty, unclean and not any place a normal human would want to stay. Rude staff that knowingly say pet friendly. It’s a flop house.
room was filthy, mold on bedding, on walls and lampshades, door lock was broken, staff was nasty and clueless, i wouldnt let my pets sleep here, cant believe such garbage is for rent in America . do not waste your money on such garbage
My son in law and Grand son traveled from Long Island NY leaving at 1230am on 5/1/21 to Conway to visit a college. A reservation had been made at Suburban Extended Stay in Conway, S.C. made with my Credit card which has a $25K limit on it. They arrived very late Saturday evening approximately 9pm. They were told the room was no longer available. After getting the run around for several minutes my son in law was told the credit card was declined. No text or call was ever received to forward this bogus information. Truth is a cash customer arrived and was given the room. No hotel/motel in the area had availability. They had to travel 2.5 hours north to Jackson, North Carolina where I mysteriously was able to find a room at a Marriott and used my DECLINED card to make the reservation. When I called Suburban the phone went unanswered. I would never recommend anyone using any of their hotels ever.…
I called this hotel today to cancel a reservation because my daughter’s cheer competition was cancelled. The first time I called a guy picked up look my name and reservation date and said I’ll get it cancelled no problem. Found that odd because he didn’t really pull up anything while on the phone. I called back to verify this was done and a lady answered the phone and I told her about the first conversation and how I just wanted to make sure my reservation was cancelled. She told me well I’ve been the only one here this morning maybe my MANAGER picked up the phone while I was delivering towels but I can’t approve that so I need to talk to him and I will call you back. Ok cool so 3 hours pass no call back so I call back and the Manager picks up so at first he acted like he didn’t remember the call so I refreshed his memory and he goes to tell me he couldn’t do anything because I had a no cancellation reservation! Right I do but do to all that is going on you can’t cancel the reservation? He continues to tell me he can not do anything I booked a no cancellation reservation like I didn’t know that. Neither he nor his employee was helpful nor did they care given the current situation that EVERYBODY is dealing with with this virus! I plan to write a letter as well as report them to the BBB for being very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place and I didn’t even get a chance to stay there. I knew it was a reason this was the only hotel at a reasonable right available at the time I booked. Too good to be true. While other hotels are accommodating guest this one is not!!! Not even an offer for a different date or a complimentary stay one night of my choice I mean NOTHING!!! I urge I pick a different hotel if u are thinking about staying at this one!!…
