Ngay cả khi không có nơi nào khác có sẵn trong thị trấn thì không đến đó. Đó là kinh tởm và bẩn thỉu. Giặt ủi treo ở hành lang. Phòng được bao phủ bởi nấm mốc. Mạng nhện và bụi ở mọi nơi. Phòng tắm bẩn đến mức bạn cảm thấy bẩn hơn sau khi tắm hơn trước đây. Đã đặt lâu hơn nhưng để lại điều đầu tiên vào buổi sáng. Đã đi đến Cozy Hotel chặn gần biển hơn. Triệu lần tốt hơn. Mới sạch. We went to this hotel after many time in hostels, and it was a nice break. I've appreciate to have a room just for my friend and for me! The stuff is very friendly: they arranged us a bus to Phan Thiet (at the bus station nobody understood us). I really recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is alright. There's nothing special about it. They don't even offer breakfast. Although it didn't bother me too much, there was a giant cockroach in the bathroom (this may just be a one off occurence). Bed was comfortable and big. There is a red light in the room... So there's a possibility the hotel is used for interesting experiences. If you just need a place to rest, with good wifi, and with a decent price, then come here.

The rooms smell damp, tiny shower spaces, lots of bugs. crawling about the walls and toilet and don't expect to have a long lie in the next day as the workers will be drilling with force right through your wall at 7am! Reception failed to mention that. Won't be back.

We had heard great things about Quy Nhon from a drunk dutch couple we encountered in the beautiful Mui Ne area. Its fair to say our trip began woefully, with our expected soft seat reservations on the train from Nha Trang turning out to be hard seats. Already experiencing back pain from the horrid 'sleeper' cradle bus routine from mui ne to Nha Trang the last thing I needed was to be stuck between the window and a vietnamese chap whose eagerness to cuddle me clandestinely, aggravated more than my aching bones. He had a huge box on the floor taking up all the space where our feet should have been. No room elsewhere I guess...The wooden slat seats are awful for a 5 hour journey. Still, my girlfriend and I felt elation when reaching Dui Tre train station, jumping straight into a taxi and heading for Hong Kong Hotel in Quy Nhon. The taxi driver took us to the wrong hotel, and when we finally reached HK we were met at reception with bemused looks and general surprise at our appearance. Communication proved difficult, but we got a room. The bathroom and toilet were combined in a small closet just off the main room containing a bed as soft as bricks, a sink with broken but still usable tap, tv, desk and stool. There is very little privacy afforded in the bathroom with the door more of a shower screen than a proper door. Its impossible to shower (which was also leaking profusely whenever operated) without soaking the toilet and leaving the floor sopping wet. The ventilation fan was also broken in this water-logged closet which I spent 10 minutes trying to explain to the staff who finally narrowed their eyes and nodded in agreement then asked me if I needed a taxi. We did indeed receive fresh sheets daily, but had to ask for toilet paper. Given the almost complete lack of English spoken by the reception and owners and any friends who may be visiting and watching their TV with the volume set very loud until 3 or 4 in the morning, I would advise against anyone hoping to rely on English as a tool for communication to avoid this hotel. Its not their fault, clearly, for we should have prepared our research more carefully. In fact we should have prepared our research for Quy Nhon as a whole with more prudence, for the beach seemed filthy, the shark nets did little to quell my concerns of the steady trickle of attacks in the bay and in general, the city is not in any way geared towards westerners (which can be a wonderful thing if you arrive with a plan of sorts other than work it out as you go) I am sure, and have read, that there are some charms in the area, but without our own transport and anyone within reach to offer advice we were restricted to walking 1.5km to the city centre mall where we could be more sure of what we were eating and drinking beer in our room until an escape could be organized for a train ticket to here in Hoi An (which is paradise in comparison). In conclusion, my advice would be to head to Barbara's Backpackers on the main beach road if you are in need of any help whatsoever in terms of organizing activities in the area or onward travel. Hong Kong Hotel is functional, and for $8 per night its average value, but for the love of everything that is Right and Good in the world, DONT HEAD THERE if you need advice on the area or wish to communicate in english or dislike leaking/ broken taps and showers or need a bed more comfortable that concrete. (My tip for communicating with the staff is to use google translate, shown them the screen and hope for the best...) All in all I find it hard to move beyond a rating of Terrible, but I think the hotel staff mean well and if they could help they would. It was also dirt cheap/// (Taxi from Dieu Tri 180oooVD, Taxi from HK Hotel to to Quy Nhon Train Station to book Escape tickets from Dieu Tri 50000VD)…
