Yes , hairdryers are provided .
We ate at the Trattoria which is quite rustic but very nice . There was a family with a little one there one evening we were there and they were made very welcome . The meals in the hotel were also very nice . The owners are so helpful and will ring to book you tables at other restaurants too .
Hello, not sure if you've worked out your journey.
Fortunately the trains to Como are quite fast and frequent. I'd say you have a couple of options:
Train from Milan to Como > Local to Bus to Bellagio > Ferry to Cadenabbia
Train from Milan to Como > Ferry from Como to Cadenabbia. The ferry will be about 2 hours, but on the plus side you'll see some fabulous views.
I suggest for the final leg, speak with the Hotel I'm sure they could arrange to collect you, they are so helpful. Personally I wouldn't walk up, it's steep, it'll be hot.
Enjoy your trip!
